I remember this place being a chinese restaurant about 10 years ago. Obviously, they didnt last. So I was disappointed because I frequented that Chinese restaurant a few times.

But I must say that my disappointment has turned into happiness. I've been here twice and I had a good experience each time. The standard pho was normal tasting. That's a good thing, btw. I agree with the other reviewers that the staff is very friendly.

A few days ago, I returned to try something different which was the spicy beef soup- pictured below. To me, it wasn't spicy at all really....maybe a hint. It was a good choice and I'll have it again soon.

I did find a little surprise with the two cakes of blood inside the soup. I guess that was blood. Anyway, it didn't bother me at all but beware that it's in there. I still would recommend this soup.

I would strongly recommend this establishment if you're in the area and have a hungering for normal Vietnamese soup and other dishes. Oh, that's the beef short rib plate that's pictured also. Delicious!

Plus they'll be friendly...

I usually don't like to post anything too negative because every business owner is trying to survive and continue exist in the business world. The only reason I'm posting this is to let the owner know that your food is ok, not the best pho I've ever had, but it's good enough. What concerns me is how dirty your tables were, especially underneath, the bathroom, and how dusty everything was. It's one of the dirtest places I've ever eaten at. I mentioned it to one of the staff and he and his coworker looked at me like "so what?" They were not being rude or anything but they didn't seem to have a care in the world. Even though it was very slow at that time, they weren't too concern about cleaning or being attentive to the customers.

I am praying that your restaurant has gotten better since I've been there. I think if you just clean up your place and make it a little more sanitary, it might bring more customers in. Your food seems authentic enough and many people seem to like the taste. I'll give another try and see if there has been any...

Overall, the pho was good. I had the beef pho with rare steak and beef balls which was good. The broth was flavorful. My partner had the shrimp pho with chicken added. I'm not sure what broth they used but it seemed like beef which we thought was weird. None the less, it was still delicious. We also got the fried rolls (shrimp and pork) which was great with the sweet chili dipping sauce that came with the meal. My only complaint was that the pho broth was not hot.

I agree with most of the reviews. The service was lacking. Aside from coming to your table 2 min after you were just seated to take your order and them bringing you your food, you never see them again. A couple of the servers were behind the counter on their phones. I had to walk up for my check.

We just moved to the area and I would come back if I wanted some quick and easy pho. I would spare myself the service issues and pick...
