Let me begin by stating that the price of fast food is comparable to dining at a local burger joint. My understanding is that the food prices increased when the employees’ wages were mandated to rise, which explains my expectation of a certain quality when the price of a combo meal approaches $20.
I ordered a burger, but it was not what I had requested. The bun was soggy, lacked flavor, and the lettuce was unpleasant. The condiments were not spread evenly, and the entire assembly was poorly put together. It was evident that the food was not cooked properly. It tasted like a wet dishwater sponge.
Disappointed, I ended up throwing the burger out. I should have taken a picture to document my experience. Carl’s Jr. is known for charging higher prices compared to other fast-food restaurants, and we expect a slightly better quality of food for the premium price.
While I have enjoyed my meals at other Carl’s Jr. locations, this particular branch fell short. The current economic climate makes it challenging to come by money, and yet, you continue to charge higher prices for a product that appears to be of lower quality.
I apologize for being blunt, but this situation warranted my...
Read moreI Drove up ordered 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers, I asked that they add mustard to each one of them and that instead of squirting a dot in the center of the meat patty, that they actually spread it around. Well at the pick up window a hefty spanish man came to me with a over zealous and cheek to cheek grin on his face and said sir hope you're pleased, I personally made sure that a nice amount was added and it is spread all over the bun. I said thank you, being very pleased driving away.
15 min. later I got home brought all the groceries in, relaxed sat down ready to enjoy my meal all of the barbeque sauce was scraped off, no mustard, a cold dry burger. It used to be, people took pride in doing their job and doing it right, trying to please the customer. Not anymore today's youth seems to think it's funny to stick it to their patrons, who by purchasing meals from their restaurant incidentally, pay the salaries of the delinquents who pretend to work, but as individuals you couldn't trust they would even know how to screw a light bulb into it's socket. Joe Pesci summed it up pretty well in the movie Lethal Weapon, They F..k you in the...
Read moreSeriously a scary place to eat if you base it on how clean their restaurant is. It smells as you walk in, the floor every where is greasy and sticky so that only indicates the bucket water used in the kitchen are also used in the bathroom and eating area. The bathroom smells the doors and walls have stuff splashed on them a foot or higher that's been there a while. the tables are greasy and sticky. employees choose to sweep off the rugs a short distance from my eating area and the kitchen where the food is kept. the language barrier may indicate incorrect orders as I've had to return on two occasions for the correct order and two others times I let it go. sometimes they're to busy chopping it up in the back to help a growing line at the register. employees eating their meals in the dining room on more then one occasion are talking about their personal relationship so others now know how he cheated on her and she keeps hanging on..not something I want to hear when I'm eating in an already scarce dining room... All in all its the filthiest restaurant I've ever...
