Jamba — Restaurant in Sacramento

First and foremost whenever I place an online order at this particular location, my order does not get made until I actually come into the establishment, not a huge deal, it only takes them about a minute to whip it up. On this day I came in and there was a long line, of course it was a hot day, so while standing in line, I placed an online order at about 6:13 that said it would be ready at 6:22. There was a guy working the register who opened the restroom for me and two girls making drinks. 6:22 came and went as I watched other people receive their in-store and online orders. At 6:34 I approached the register after seeing that my order said that it had been completed on the app. No one acknowledge my presence for awhile and then the white girl finally asked me about my order, I told her my name and then she proceeded to make other orders before she started washing dishes, all the while staring at me. After about a min I asked for a refund and ask the Indian girl, if my order was ever even made and she said that it should have been, but there was nothing there. I left at 6:38. I normally love Jamba juice. However today's experience left a lot to be desired. The most pleasant part was the young lady that took my order. She was very nice although it seemed like she was new she was very attentive. Now for all of the other things. 1st I order my aloha pineapple extremely thick what I got was not at all thick. 2nd I ordered 2 of the sausage and red pepper breakfast sandwiches no egg. First one came out with egg on it. When I called attention to it one of workers stated that they can not take the egg off (this is something I have requested many times and this and other locations and never had a problem) so I took the sandwich and removed the egg. Then the second sandwich came out and the egg had been taken off. 3rd I also order a sausage egg and cheese wrap. The wrap was still cold in the middle and had to be taken back in to be heated all the way through. I know the store was very busy (which it normally is on Saturday mornings around 11 am....its our usual place after the gym) but this was not a most positive visit. Beware of this location, they're scammed...I came in on 07-11-25 to get 2 smoothies and a pretzel...since there was a bogo deal on smoothies and I had 500 points for the pretzel...Jasmaher D was the cashier that "helped" me...he scanned the bogo code and the small bites code...then he claimed that something wasn't right and asked to re-scan the bogo code...I paid the total and once I got my receipt...that's when I realized I was still charged for my pretzel and my points were at 210...I asked the cashier...why I was being charged for the pretzel and what happened to my points...he acted like he didn't know so he got the manager...she told me that since she can't give me back my points...I'll get refunded $4 for the pretzel in 3-5 business days...I still haven't been refunded my money and my points aren't restored...they also messed up my smoothie...I asked for extra fruit to make it thicker...instead I...
