I am not one to leave reviews, but this was necessary. The people working in this establishment are very unprofessional, borderline unwelcoming, and very cruel. I wish I was emphasizing and being dramatic but they were. The man working at the meat section named James was very cruel and insensitive about my first time experience coming to this franchise. They had messed up my order for the first time and I went to go back to receive it, after patiently waiting for 15 minutes which I did not mind since I observed that they had seemed to be understaffed and the staff working were my age, so I was choosing to be sympathetic and even smile, despite LOSING my father today due to cancer.
This was supposed to be my cheer-up meal, and the man James actually made me cry and was not remorseful and blamed me for not ordering right, even though their order system was not orderly at all. I was referred to the other woman for sides, but she also then referred me back to him for the side. They were evidently and apparently disorganized and overwhelmed.
But it doesn’t mean that they should project their frustrations on their customer, especially that I am freshly grieving today.
I left feeling attacked by James by blaming me for ruining his day and “his restaurant.” I did not argue or act spiteful, and I told him it isn’t my job as a customer to be convenient for you (even though I tried to be by being patient and quiet) but his job is to be convenient for me. I was not really outspoken until James started attacking me verbally by telling me I was being bad at ordering food. He even started muttering and cussing about me as he left the door, and all I did was stand there and take it because I was already distraught after today.
I never want to order from this franchise again if the people they hire who represent their name are so unprofessional and cruel.
It isn’t my problem that they are understaffed and he is overwhelmed. It isn’t his job to tell me how to order especially that I don’t even know what the food is yet and your ordering system is disorganized, and it is never okay to project your frustrations on a customer like me.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food from a branch.
Please rethink your staffing decisions. I regret actually buying this food, I don’t care if it taste good. I have just lost my appetite.

But now after having two experiences where they don't understand how to treat a customer I would never go there or recommend anyone to them. Which is a shame. But as a small business owner I know how important it is to treat a customer so that they will continue to value the service that you provide. I asked for a manager to honor a text coupon I had for a co-worker who had just signed up for the text club. Asking why he didn't receive the same coupon? And couldn't they honor the same coupon. The manager (if you will call it that) said "oh no corporate wont allow that" That was it. To add insult when the cashier was honoring my coupon all she did was just look at the text message. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I had to wait 45 minutes for my curbside pick up. They never brought it out so I went in and was handed a tiny crumpled brown bag. When I said it was too light she stated she was not the one to prepare the order. I told her the 10 piece wings were missing and large fries. She looked at the receipt and proceeded making an order. I looked inside the bag and discovered two tiny sandwiches with smashed meat pieces. Pictures will be provide so you be a judge of it. In my opinion those workers are bad representation of the business. I understand they work hard but that was bad especially when they tried to scam me out of half my order.
