I remember when I was employed by this establishment. 2016-17 I did my very best. I kept the store open through out the night and did my best to come up with a system to minimize that period of temporarily closing to perform that end of day processing, without bending the rules. However it would require cooperative team effort. The cooks willing to train me to cook was however were morning crew, So I barely had the chance. And the night cook assigned with me didn't want to teach me. Because I refuse to shut down store for long periods. Due to the continued service through out the night, there was an great increase in customers. I remember very slow and low volume customers. But after two months. Boom! Full blown lines coming out wrapping around the drive thru almost going into home Depot. Majority of the customers where appreciated that we did stay open and did our best to serve despite the hard work, which I found challenging and just exciting. At times when the team actually was very cooperative was when we were the strongest. It's sad reading these reviews back to back. I remembered even though assigned a bit more task including ones out of my duties, I felt great because my team was there with me all the way... Even if things were crazy. As PIC; In training but never made it, customers often appraised us. That the team was doing a good job. They choose this location cause our line actually moves and we remained open." We had a wonderful staff and of course one of the best regional manager that had an eye for recognizing extra ordinary workers. I gotta mention, everyone loves ice cream! I made it available, until it shut down for cleaning. Only to be ready shortly. That drew a lot of business. I'm sure these are few things, that does keep customers coming back. It's just so much more exciting, funny and memorable to talk about how busy it was at work. Rather than customers disappearing before you know it. It won't be easy to attract customers to that location if every visit was a bad visit. Cause I tell you, just a few customers can multiply really quick. If at least they left the establishment not disgusted or upset. Who can be mad at service when it is handed to you in the best way possible.💵 ➗ (😄😁 ➕ 🍧🍨🍔🍟🥤🥓🧇🥯🥞🍳) ✖️ ⏲️ ✖️ (🗓️🌙) = 🧲 (💵➕📈💰💰) hopefully my review was helpful if not then request me to take it down. some customers are buying the food for someone else, who knows, it might be for their mom or love ones. WOULD YOU? PRESENT FOOD LIKE SUCH; not suggesting any particular Establishment, but in general; to your love ones? Should you have to examine fresh made orders before handing it to love ones? I perform every order as if I was serving food...
Read moreI have NEVER been treated so rudely at a fast food restaurant. I rarely eat fast food. My boyfriend and I had spent half the night, literally, trying to get something to eat, and every place we tried had a very big big problem that prevented us from even getting to order. I was STARVING. My blood sugar was running low, and we had 2 choices of places to eat because it was late now. We both decided on this place because I LOVE their teriyaki chicken bowls! Yay! We order. The woman on the speaker says (very rudely) they are out of teriyaki chicken. I said,"of course" and I laughed! This whole night was the WIERDEST night to try to eat! I end up ordering a fajita put and my boyfriend got a burger meal. We get to the window and hand this very angry, agitated woman a hundred dollar bill. She was so angry that we DARED to use that kind of currency. She was talking while violently pulling out change from the register. She told us that the next time we come she can not take a 100 dollar bill. While she's scolding us I am telling her about this horrible wierd night and how grateful I was to her because we were very hungry. I'm sure she didn't hear me or didn't care because the next thing she did was practically shove the wad of 5s into my hand. I was told that now she had no change and they didn't keep that kind of money in the register, and on and on. We took our food and left. We parked out car and ate very close by. Well, my boyfriend ate. I could not eat. My pita wasn't cooked AT ALL...it was as cold as if it had just come our I'd the refrigerator! It was literally thrown together and was so wrong there was no way I could eat it..there we were. I still was hungry. I will NEVER come back here. Whatever this woman's problem was I do not need to be berated and...
Read moreEdit: So about 7mos ago I gave a 0 stars review but I feel if someone has redeemed themselves the rating should reflect that. I recently started going back to this location and the service I received was superb. The workers are working together as a team. The food is hot and fresh. The customer service is on point and they greet you when you walk through the door. The store is clean as well as the parking lot. Jack in the Box this is the crew you want running your store on Florin Rd. They got it right and now I don't have to go across the street to McDonald's or Taco Bell👌🏾🩷
If I could give 0 stars I would. This has got to be the worst store ever. The customer service is horrible. The food was cold after waiting almost 20mins for it. Workers standing around looking clueless while food is piling up in the food window getting cold. The lady cook is mixing old fries with fresh fries. I should've went across the street to McDonald's or Taco Bell 🙄 I will say whoever that young man was on the grill he's definitely a keeper. He was working so hard to get the orders out that they were literally stacked in the window. Everyone else is just walking around there all nonchalant allowing the fresh food he made to get cold. He was the only bright light working behind the counter and he and ONLY he deserves 5 stars. I wish I would've...
