The usual zoo/theme park over priced food. They did give a decent volume of fries but they are so disorganized. We had to ask for a number for the table since they bring the food out. They seemed put out because they had to do it. We got 324. A while later, one of their staff was walking around saying "323....323....323...." It looked like our order so we went up to him to check if it was ours. The first thing he says, "Did you get a number?" Yes, but it was NOT 324. Again, the irritated look, like it was our fault they gave us the wrong number. Keep in mind, we had to ask for a table number so to have the person bringing the food out be irritated with us is a double negative. The final nail in the coffin is that the floor is a mess. Someone had spilled fries with ranch dressing and a staffer swept it up with a broom, smearing the ranch every where. We were there for another 10 minutes and he never came back with a mop to clean it up.
If you are going to the Sacramento Zoo, pack a lunch. Don't give this place your business since the workers don't seem to give a care about anything connected to doing their jobs and are irritated when they...
Read moreI was gonna order a thing of garlic french fries but it came out to $10.99 so I just decided to get a chicken strip meal which came out to $16.99+ tax so about $18. I was fine with paying that price because it said on the description that they were hand dipped in house breaded chicken strips, which sounded really good upon receiving them, They were hard crusty super dry, and you could clearly tell that they were Pre-frozen commercial grade chicken strips I go up and ask about them And all the lady could tell me was that they usually have them but once they run out, they serve you frozen chicken strips. It’s not even halfway through the month and they already ran out so I’m assuming they only order enough to last a couple days and And then serve you the remainder of the mo frozen chicken strips… Unfortunately, it was my birthday, so I grab something easy and quick just to throw the whole thing away… When asking the lady, if that sounds like an OK thing to do, she just stared at me and shrugged...
Read moreService and wait was fine but not great, prices are very high, like 10 dollars for a coors light high. We got two icees, a water, a pretzel, and an ice cream sandwich for a total of around 40 dollars. The real problem though was the pretzel which was just simply bad- so dry, so hard, really just a chore to eat. Everything else was fine but everything else was prepackaged / an icee, so it’s pretty hard to mess that up. Honestly just bring your own food in, you’ll be...
