I just started coming here to get morning breakfast sandwiches and just a large water. No issue I have been helped with just a water before a few days ago. I got no greeting or warmth. The "Manager" short woman with freckles n long eyebrows says the the "policy changed." No restroom or water unless I buy something. I can just get a small water before work. I offered to pay before and was told it's free. I had my laptop in my bag with me and I feel like she judged me off appearance because I had a bag or something n when I'm dressed normally. I will never come back here I said that "I don't need to buy any more from here then ." and her response was "No worries!..." Yes, my mistake to expect an ounce on human decency from STARBUCKS MANAGEMENT. NO CONSISTENCY JUST JUDGEMENTAL STAFF I GUESS. Why WOULD I spend more money if I get treated the one day I don't wanna buy anything else. I would have gladly paid but she never offered a price just treated me horribly but now they lost a customer for good honestly they aren't event a good corporation so THANKS!! TREAT PEOPLE BETTER AND STOP LYING ABOUT POLICIES! CRAPPY...
Read moreWhile the rest of the staff is great the barista Marco has ruined this location for me I asked for light ice 5extra pumps of peach venti peach lemonade green tea 1) my cup had ice half way down; i told the barista at the pick up counter it was suppose to be light ice and she told Marco to remake it 2) he exclaimed in a raised tone "that was light ice" several times for about a minute or so just staring at the pick up barista with out moving to remake it 3)after he finally deceided to remake it he forgot my lemonade (I watched him the entire time) and gave me peach tea with sweetner and light ice. The tea was bitter and nasty totally ruined my drink and my experience I will not return to this location because of Marco's behavior and attitude and i have been going there for a little over 3yrs since its near sac city where i use to be a student & its near chipotle where i use to work. The other members of the staff are a delight and always make my drinks right this is the first time ive ever needed a remake from this location and sadly the last. Read moreI’ve been coming to this Starbucks periodically over the last several years but after my last experience I will never come here again. There’s an older gentleman who works here and he has the worst customer service! I came in yesterday 7/24 to pick up merchandise that I bought on the Starbucks app, so I should have been in & out since I paid for it ahead of time. BUT instead I had to stand there for about 25 mins while he “attempted” to give me a refund since they didn’t have the tumbler cup I purchased even though the Starbucks website showed it was in stock. After all this time he said “I can’t give you a refund since I don’t have the SKU number so you’ll have to call customer service”. NEVER once did he apologize for the inconvenience or anything else for that matter! I stood there all that time for nothing even though his first words to me were “I need to give you a refund”. People pay good money to come to Starbucks SO they should at least provide GOOD...
