The best ice cream in Sacramento! It was fantastic to find a place with flavorful vegan options alongside traditional dairy ice cream. My child has a dairy allergy, so my husband and I were looking for a shop that could accommodate our family's needs. This place was perfect! I had the Iced Latte-da, which struck a great balance with its not-too-sweet and well-balanced coffee flavor. My husband, who is very particular about his chocolate ice cream, was thoroughly satisfied with his choice. I went to an event in oak park and walked over to have icecream after. The staff great! The icecream great! The store was great! There were a lot of flavors to pick from and staff let me sample them, without making me feel like I was bothering them for asking for multiple samples. I think sometimes icecream shops forget that some of us need to try those new flavors without buying the full scoop. We want to try before we commit to one flavor and Licked does such a good job at offering that experience. I highly recommend! This is the best ice cream that I've had in Sacramento. Prices are cheaper than the bigger named shops and the flavor is much better as well. I also really appreciate that they are doing a peanut/tree nut free week this week. My kids were super happy to be able to go to a real ice cream shop and I was very happy that we could enjoy a treat outside on a nice day.
