I am here as testimony for South Side Appliance. When I first moved to Sacramento in 2000, I needed a washer and dryer. That is when I found Southside on Broadway. I purchased washer and dryer, it was very reasonable I have never had any problems with any appliance and I've had Refrigerators, and I have referred many many people, to where his place was at. Because he's in a very good spot, where people can't really miss his place if they just go down Broadway! I would recommend anyone to go to Southside and you don't have to worry about anything breaking down because it's used. They're used appliances, make you feel like the appliances are brand new. It's just the price is reasonable. And he delivers. Like I said, I'd recommend him to anybody that needed an appliance, that's my backing!! If anyone needs appliance you would want to go to Southside first, that would be the only place you end up going. I just had to let all people know how blessed I was to even find Southside. Damien came through looking dapper and professional and was able to help us out quickly with a broken LG washing machine that I messed up while cleaning it. Turns out those little holes in the washer aren’t just for collecting dust and dirt they actually serve a key function of latching the door. If you dump water down there to clean it - it ceases to work. Who would have thought?! NOT ME. Lol! Anyways, after nearly two weeks with no washer Damien came to see me same day and diagnosed the problem quickly and we ordered the part. There was a delay in the part arriving and when it finally did come it was late. That didn’t matter - he still sat in traffic to come help me out. He arrived as quick as he could, tired from his long day already. He got to work and within 20 mins we had a fully functional washer running a clean cycle! Quick repair and has worked flawlessly ever since and it hasn’t stopped running trying to catch up the laundry we had waiting for it. He even cleaned the pan under the washer. I am not happy with the service of this place, I had called Damien to set up an appointment at 4:00pm, once it was 4:25ish I called to see if he was coming and he advised he was running behind, he would arrive around 5:45, and so I said it was okay we can reschedule for the following week. However he showed up even though we canceled, I decided to just go ahead and get the washer checked, He couldn't find the problem, until I advised hey its leaking water from the bottom, he advised then that it was the pump, and said no more leakage, he checked again then said it was the transmission and that was the problem, once he changed it There was a bunch of water on the floor then said oh there's something with the spinner, the whole time I just sensed he didn't know what he was talking about. Then he advised to get a new machine, because according to the invoice it was irreparable. Worst...
