I would have given negative stars to this horribly run, rude obnoxious and unprofessional behavior from crew members and manager. Made an online order from the McDonald's app and the app gave me detailed instructions on how to proceed thru the process. The crew member at the window was extremely rude saying she couldn't find the order code provided by the app in her system and there was nothing she was willing to do to help. We asked simple questions trying to discover where the error had occured since we had our order code the store address and verified we had followed instructions correctly. Again her reply was a very rude and loud there is nothing I am going to do to help you. Then inquiring if we just reordered our order at the window right there and then paying cash if we would receive the same 20% off coupon as online. This time her response was an even ruder and louder "What?" Repeating myself and receiving the same response more rude and unprofessional with each word from her. At this point we requested the manager on duty. The manager came to the window and basically stood there with the team member in question hovering over her shoulder mocking us and scoffing. The manager offered zero assistance directing us out of line and up front of the store to be ignored completely. I will never step foot on that property to the McDonald's or Chevron it's located in due to this encounter and suggest everyone that reads this does exactly the same thing...a burger order should never get a negative review this detailed and lengthy and goes to show the severity or horrible customer service inflicted on a consumer just trying to get a 65$ dinner order that the employees refused to let me complete the transaction and receive said order...wtg...

I gave this location two stars because they are open 24 hours. Unfortunately for me, the only place I can get a tropical sprite or tropic berry sprite, I believe it's actually called, is McDonald's. That is my favorite soda, and I really wanted one last night. Most other locations had closed by the time I decided this, so I just came here, anyway. I ordered the sprite, 2 McDoubles, and some fries to share with my bf. It was pretty busy, the drive thru line was quite long, and wasn't moving terribly fast. But, we waited through it, and got our food, and left. About 2 exits down the freeway toward home, I found the straw for my drink, put it in the cup, took a big drink....and it was club soda š¢š£ I was very disappointed, and didn't want to go back. Even if I hadn't gotten that far away, it would be kind of ridiculous to have to sit through that drive thru line again for a soda with syrup in it. Also, my burger was far less than delicious. It was barely room temperature, and it wasn't because I waited to eat it. It was dry, very little condiments on it, and what they did put was all in a pile in the center. The fries were decent, but with that many people going through the line, I would think they would have to give you got fries by default.
Overall- try a different location if...

You should be happy that customer are willing to spend there money at your franchise because if I have learn anything from working fast food and restaurant every dollar we spend at your franchise is money which you have to paid your employee and paid those manager like Mayra who is rude and prejudice. This McDonald isn't worth my money. If you want to eat fast food I recommend you go elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve your money. How lazy can your manager be? Mayra state that price change 2 days ago, but can't back that up lazy people who don't want to update...
