Sourdough & Co. — Restaurant in Sacramento

I ordered a delivery on grubhub for a work lunch. 4 Italian sandwich meals. 4 large salads. And 1 4 inch sandwich for myself.

What I received was 1 Italian sandwich meal, 2 large salads and my small sandwich.

I proceeded to call the restaurant to let them know they forgot my 3 sandwiches and my 2 other salads. I got an apology and a free sandwich for next time.

I went onto the grubhub website and refunded my missing items, so my receipt and total changed.

Not even 20 seconds after I did that I got a call from the restaurant, it was the same guy I talked to before.

He proceeded to tell me he looked at the receipt and said I only had 4 items on my receipt and they made 4 items so I was in the wrong.

Of course my original order changed because I REFUNDED THE MISSING THINGS. Most incompetent and blantely idiotic guy I have ever talked to and he had the audacity to tell me I was in the WRONG for the food I ordered. I have the original receipt when it was first ordered the refunded one with the amount and items changed. So I think I know what I was talking...

The MAJORITY of the time this location SUCKS!! EXTREMELY SLOW! This is more than THREE times I’ve ordered online and have waited over 30 minutes for my online order. Got there at the estimated pickup time. Did not think i would be waiting 45+ mins. Had a total of 6 sandwiches and only ONE person making the order. While they all lallygag and make everyone else’s order first. Still waiting while they continue to put orders on the pick up shelves and make other peoples orders who got there after me. I NEVER leave bad reviews or complain about service. The workers were rude, unprofessional and outstandingly slow. The one lady who did make our order was nice, but still slow (under stable because she was the only one working on the order). Stood there with no one asking what my order was, had to ask them 2 times if my order was being made. Finally got my order ONE HOUR later!!!! Mind you I’m at work on a timed lunch break! Very upset with this place. We have been here in the past and it was perfection.. went in today around 4pm and had the worst service. The guy taking orders had headphones in and was talking so softly you couldn’t hear him. I ordered the French dip with no house sauce, and instead they gave me the smoked brisket which I couldn’t eat because I’m allergic to bbq sauce. Then as my wife was eating her sandwich, she got half way through and found a long hair in the middle of the meat and cheese… I tried calling the location and they didn’t pick up.
