Went to the drive thru today.. Lol terrrrrible service. The young light skinned mixed chick at the first window was rude and acted as if we were troubling her to add on a drink that they should have added on in the first place.. But after she did so she cashed us out for that order. Then slammed the window.. But we stayed at her window because we had a second order ..which i asked her to fix the order which they had messed up again.. And she did so and again slammed the window .. So we drove up to the second window to get our food.. And the young asian chick with a nose ring handed us the wrong drink and said have a good day and slammed her window.. But we stayed because we did not receive our order .. In fact we got someone else's drink. So we handed it back and she made our drink handed us our food and we asked for a bbq sauce since we had NONE for our nuggets but a white lady who I'm sure is the manager handed us ONE sauce, said have a good day and slammed the window AGAIN .. As were driving off we checked our Sweet BBQ sandwhich which we requested NO BACON and what do ya know.. It had bacon.. We then opened our Pico Guac sanwhich which was requested to have NO lettuce on it and what do ya know..lettuce was on it !!!. It was a complete joke really bad customer service none of them even had a slight smile on their face and it felt as if we were intruding on THEM . Mcdonalds should really carefully review the young high school kids they are hiring . its nice to give them an oppurtunity to work but when they do their JOB very poorly they need to be talked to or just fired.. And shame on the manager .. She acted as if we were the issue ..we will never return to this...
Read moreI stopped in for a sweet tea, any size drink for $1, you can't beat that anywhere, and I go through the drive through and prepare to pay for 1 large coke and 1 large Sweet tea, but as I pull up to the 1st window with my $2.15, the manager says, "this is a non smoking window, put that cigarette out, now, I've told you this before and I'm not going to tell you again, I don't care if you get cancer, but don't want to get cancer"! Now being asked to put out a cigarette doesnt bother me at all, as a smoker, I'm used to it and it comes with the habit, it's the part about not caring if I get cancer I took offense to. I'm not sure I needed to know that just to get my drink on! Either way, weather he cares about me or not, really has nothing to do with our transaction; then adding in that he's told me before? Uhhhhhh, no, never happened and I would remember if someone had said that to me, so if I could, I'd rate your store at a minus level, but here's some advice, the workers were great, the manager is losing business for you and without customers, the store will close like the many others who have closed under the covid 19 stress. Read moreI placed my order at 6:43 pm I finally received my food at 7:15pm. Because a girl named Aleah left it sitting on the counter to serve her friend rather than help the customer. They had a huge line both inside and outside but failed to give me my food in a timely fashion causing it to have to be remade. The Shift Lead Christina did offer me a refund but then yelled something at me on my way out the door. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I can see why these people work for McDonalds. Can't get very far on life with such a messed up attitude. I had every right to be angry and still maintained my composure until Aleah with the Clifford the big dog hair decided to mouth off. Several of her coworkers asked her to stop but she apparently can not control her mouth. Everyone involved needs some serious training. Aleah needs to be fired and taught a lesson. At the end of the day she was ultimately responsible.
I do appreciate Christina making it right or attempting to. She could have done a much better job de-escalating the situation. And how does your shift lead not know who...
