I recently visited Carolina's Boutique for my sister's quince, and I was blown away by the selection of clothing and accessories that they had available. The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse and find exactly what we were looking for.

Read moreMe and my husband decided to rent a tuxedo for our son's Senior Ball here. When we received the tuxedo the bowtie, vest and suspenders were missing. We called them letting them know that all the accessories were missing. We were told that's all we ordered was the pants and shirt and do not have the bow tie, suspenders or vest. I told them why would I just order pants and a shirt when we said we wanted a tuxedo for a senior ball with everything enculeded. They were really rude and never took responsibility for the mess up on their end. The lady that helped us wrote the order wrong and never acknowledge the mess up and just kept saying they didn't remember. They still charged us full price and never tried to remedy the situation. Bad customer service. Worst experience I've ever had. Worst communication skills.
Your response down below is a perfect example of how poor your communication skills are. When you texted us inquiring about the color we told you black and white (Tuxedo colors). We made you aware we wouldn't be able to make the fitting because we were out of town on vacation. We trusted you would have everything in. If you weren't sure of the color why didn't you contact us to double check? You just went ahead and just ordered pants and a shirt. You're basically calling us liers when we know what we told you we wanted to order. You wrote it wrong on your paper and you ordered it wrong. We know things happen and people make mistakes but when you don't want to take responsibility and say you don't remember and then blame us for your mistake, that's not right. I hope this post helps people and if they do decide to do business with you to keep what happened to us in mind. Unfortunately, you have to stay on top of them and double check their work. Read moreLiterally gave me my quince dress 6 sizes bigger and she knew exactly what she did. And she tried blaming it on me and my parents saying that we should’ve said something. Yes I agree that I should’ve said something but she also knew that it was my size and at the time I couldn’t tell cuz I wasn’t walking around w the dress I just stood there. The time we went back to tell them about it one of them commented on my weight saying that I looked “skinnier” then when I went in the last time. When she ordered the dress she straight up told us “it’s available and in YOUR size” and we believed her cuz I’m the only girl my parents had so they have no idea of what’s up. And then when we confronted her about it she denied everything and she changed the story and the fact that when she ordered the dress she made us sign the papers saying how we can’t return the dress. Like I said she knew what she was doing w that. And then she was saying how professional she was. Like her “not” being able to find our Receipts until we showed her a picture of it and all of a sudden they show up at the same places she would check. She literally tried to scam us many times. But we has receipts so she failed. They rlly arnt professional at all. I’m sorry but it’s true. Many of people that know us r aware of this and they won’t be going there and you shouldn’t either. i honestly don’t recommend this place at all. Their rude. Unprofessional. Untrustworthy. And liars.
