Let me start by saying i moved her 3 months ago to get rest and let my body heal I was told by staff and management that this was a clean and comfortable hotel and that I could stay as long as i like well they flat lied there are roaches running through the building, and bed bugs everywhere!! Not to mention enormus rats and black widow infestation . the carpets and walls have black mold, and there is bacteria build up everywhere ,, there is illegal drug use and drug sales going on through the whole cooperation, the night staff might as well not even be employed they are lazy and very rude. They charge for toliet paper and refuse to re key your key when in reality the keys never work in the first place, it feels like a jail all the guest entry doors are locked, and the exit doors give off a annoying alarm when u go out all day, this whole hotel is a scam, I was in a 1 bed when I moved and was charged as if i was in a 2 bed and refuse to give me to a handicap room knowing I'm disabled and I'm not the only one going through this. They paint and a spray toxions and use dangerous chemicals during business hours , they say don't smoke outside but they have ashtrays there service does not match there business signs, As a tenat at the hotel I am very disatified and I will bring this to justice ! ........so here we are 2 and a half months later thank God it let's you edit your review later so the manager Anna just served me and the rest of the tenants a fake 3 day notice, after saying the night before we had two weeks, I would highly recommend you stay away from this nightmare, you have your employees selling drugs and asking for drugs, not to mention the night employer almost caught the place a fire with her child in the toon , I have been here 4 and a half months and I still have not got into a handicap room, and I am still being overcharged! I will be suing wood springs for the torment and disrespect they...
Read morei found value place to live up to my expectations. the rooms were clean, new, and relatively spacious, the appliances were inexpensive yet modern, and both our neighbors and staff were fun and friendly. everything was as advertised on their website.
it seems others who complain about the value place service or rooms for just $200-300 a week are spoiled brats and those who complain about the clientele are probably just racists foaming at the mouth.
thanks to everyone who made our stay comfortable and sorry that i had to stay in and work most of the time instead of socialize more. unfortunately everything comes at a price and we found the air quality (our window was facing the freeway) to be uncomfortable.i hope they add a value place plus to their roster at higher rates but in nicer locations with more frills. i hope they add a paid shuttle service to help residents move easily between value place hotels. i wish this smart new business model the best success.
ps. we got our entire...
Read moreIf you plan to stay at this establishment, you best have a California "picture" I.D. or "picture" drivers license. If you don't, you probably won't be allowed to enter! But wait, it gets even better. The employee was presented with a federal "picture" I.D. and a temporary paper California drivers license. Because the temporary California drivers license didn't have a "picture," the employee would not honor the reservation! So based on this scenario, if you presented an out of state "pictured I.D., you would not be permitted to check in or pass go! My advise to you is to avoid the WoodSpring Suites in Sacramento, CA altogether. Oh, don't call the WoodSpring Suites and use a credit card to secure the reservation. You will be told to call the front desk first thing the following morning to reverse the charge to your credit card. So the saga continues! Please wish me luck in dealing with the chain of employee's to...
