Los Inmortales Taqueria — Restaurant in Sacramento

Just happened upon this place and saw the sign saying it is over of the best places in Sacramento. I ordered their Huevos Rancheros and thought it was average. I have had better tasting Huevos Rancheros at other places. So it was a bold claim to say they are the best. It wasn't greasy, it just didn't taste as fresh as other places I have been to. Even the corn tortillas tasted a bit stale like their chips you pick from a bin by yourself. They offer several different sauces you dip with the chips.

Portion size is just right. Prices are a bit on the higher side for this cuisine. It is a family friendly restaurant and had plenty of parking in front. They have a large menu to choose from. With many meat offerings for your dish. The service was first rate and staff were very friendly. It is just too bad the food wasn't as good as...

Came in today, to grab a bite to eat. We order couple of items unfortunately they didn't have the item I wanted, which wasn't am issue. I was given another item in replace of it. The issue was the quality, we ordered super burritos with everything. Usually so delicious. But today we got regular burritos, when brought to there attention, the girl with dark hair, decided to be super rude. I asked either of they could remake the item or refund. I understand things happen, I honestly just wanted the food to be remade. Even after I open the burrito to show her the missing item she still was rude and unpleasant. Will we be back again. Possibly. But its not necessary for a reaction if your customer was understanding kind and truthful of the order they received. Paying close to $45 I would like my order...

Today as I did a drive through order everything went well until I approached the window . The lady did not greet me did not say anything finally after a 10 second pause she asked me if I needed a receipt, I responded with , “ can I please get my total “ she said 13 dollars and reached over for my phone I said can you bring your machine closer to the window so I can scan my phone and she said no everything was just sooo awkward with her non smile attitude. I asked her if she was ok and she responded with an attitude. Yes are you, I then Said never mind just cancel my order . She was just dazed off . Advice to you!
