Absolutely the worst customer service from the lady handing out the food. I ordered a happy meal and milkshake through the app. On the app it said the milkshake were available and the happy meal toy (hello kitty ninja turtle) was available as well. I get to the 2nd window in the drive thru and she tells me she canât give me my milkshake because they are cleaning the machine. I was fine with that and asked her what I can get to compensate in place of the milkshake. She gets an attitude and says âIâm getting my managerâ and shuts the window in my face. Like how are you mad because you donât have your stuff together? The manager comes to the window and immediately starts telling me she canât give me the milkshake and theyâre cleaning the machine. I tell her itâs fine just give me frappe in place to compensate since Iâve already payed through the app. My guess is the lady lied to the manager and made it seem like I was complaining when all I wanted was something in place for the drink they couldnât give to me. As a black woman I felt very uncomfortable. The manager agreed to make the frappe and while I was waiting I opened the happy meal to make sure the toy was inside. It was a completely different toy. When the lady with an attitude handed me the frappe I asked were they out of the hello kitty toy. Her response was âI donât knowâ and dismisses me. How do you not know if youâre working here? Why did you guys have it available on the app and then tried to sneak a different toy in? To me she seems useless at this job and shouldnât be working here. I also replaced the apple for extra fries and they gave me 5 extra fries lol in a second box. What a joke. I tried one fry and it was DISGUSTING. I refuse to eat anymore and would not allow my child too either. NEVER coming to this racist place again.

Starving after a long day at work and craving chicken nuggets, I decided to visit this location considering it is down the street from me. I pulled into the drive thru at 1:00 A.M. after double checking the closing time of 2:00 A.M. I get to the speaker and was greeted as usual. I start my order off by politely asking for 20 fresh chicken mcnuggets. The crew member informed me that they COULD NOT make me fresh nuggets but that she had nuggets that were about six minutes old just sitting there. Then I informed her that I was not interested in purchasing those but instead I wanted fresh ones. She shot back at me explaining that they were closed and they were not able to fry any more food. I politely informed her that her sign said they were open until 2. Again shot back at me telling me that they were closed and their store manager actually wanted them out of the store by 2. I again asked her why her sign said they were open until 2 and if you say you are closed then your sign should say you are closed. She then very rudely told me that I could go visit another McDonald's that was open until 2 A.M. This was absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I would highly advise whoever runs this store to SERIOUSLY evaluate what is going on. I plan on personally speaking to the store manager regarding this as well as taking this to corporate.    Read moreThe line in the drive thru was clear on both sides . So I had to choose which side to order from. I had options so I chose the right side of the drive thru. But then it came to me that both sides of the drive thru are located on the right hand side... Lol! Anyway it put me at the front of the line where I was greeted with one of the most Amazing Customer Experiences I've ever encountered. The young man that took my order was polite and very poised. His mannerisms and professional demeanor just shows how genuine you are . I hope you or anyone else that are drive thru super stars receive recognition for the superior customer service. The food was fresh and hot and smelled so yummy I couldn't wait to stuff my face with my perfectly salted French fries , and the deliciousness of the Mc Double. I was kindly greeted at the second window with my order ready and correct. Now it's time to grub!! It was around 9:30 pm at the Stockton and Fruitridge location in Sacramento is where I visited on 9/ 23/24 .
