McDonald's — Restaurant in Sacramento

I sat there in this resteruant watched this white couple order their food and get told it will be ready in a few minutes. 15 goes by and after a couple request for their food the lady does not get loud nor does she really get all that rude but she was adamantly requesting her food. I got sick of watching this lady try to power trio saying if u dont have your reciept blah blah blah...The lady told the manager when she ordered drinks and recieved her cokes they sat down at the table(they did) and left reciept on the table but it disappeared after they stood up when they thought their food was done but and i watched dude clean off the table and throw the naplins and reciapt away. The couple was standing near the register and didnt see this. When i stood up to give support the lady says shes not doing this and told us to go. I said gladly but u can check your cameras abd clearly see they paid and didnt recieve their food. Manager then says ill call the police im not doing this. I stated mam i dont lnow these ppl no more than u and tou wont even give them the decency to check the camers? I walked out shortly after couple leaves with the lady crying. If i could gi e negative stars i would. I hate to say this but if that was a colored couple the manager would of gave them their food. How do i know because i frequent this McDonald's up till today amd seen this lady do it for colored ppl and immigrants (obviously) if not then very new to the country. This manager is black and although her tone was not absurdly rude her nonchalant attitude was far worse than had she screamed at us to leave. So McDonald's is this how you treat your customers? You cant even look at the cams in fear of lookung dumb in frint of a fair amount of ppl. This is my last visit to McDonald's unless that manager is either fired doted back to frys along with pay cut and has some education on proper procedure. Only one.person but this is very commo. Amongst many of your franchises(UNBELIEVABLY RUDE STAFF) I WILL BE GIVING A REVIEW ON FB AND TWITTER SO THIS WILL GET SUPPORT I DO BELIEVE DUE TO THE COUPLES EMBARASSMENT PLUS THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT ONES WITH FUNDS TO WALK AWAY FROM A $22.00 MEAL. THEN AGAIN WHO IS...

I usually order through the mobile app and parked on the curbside to pick up my orders... Some times I'd get fast within 10-15mins after checking in... BUT there was this one time which was when i just started using the mobile app to order. I checked in and waited for more than 30+mins! I decided to go inside to check.. I told them I had a mobile order.. The cashier seem unsure how to check/confirm my order. She explain to the manager (Caucasian, I think) and the manager was like "there's no such order..." I was dumbfounded by the manager attitude! She did not bother come talk or ask the situation nor apologize for the long wait! In fact she did not even turn to look at me at all! She look elsewhere while standing there with her face in her palm, leaning on her elbow on top of the baggings counter...being upset bout something! Her attitude was like it wasn't or ain't her business...like it got nothing to do with her!..when she's the manager! After the manager replied no such order with an "I dont know u talking about". Another worker quickly helped the cashier check and founded my mobile order.. They started bagging my order while they told me, "oh sorry, we weren't sure if u were here yet." I'm like "seriously?!" in my head. I was really dumbfounded that I paused a few minutes b4 I reply back.. I believe the crew are okay but that manager... After experiencing that, I kept my eyes open to that manager. I feel kinda bad for those who works with her and have to put up with her! Heck! Even my manager/supervisor weren't as bad or awful like her at my old McD's workplace!! Seriously I do not understand how she's management!! And y don't they reprimand her...

The service was so so sooo bad at this McDonald’s Donald’s. Lately, I rarely have complaints at Mc’ Dee’s concerning their customer service, since they are all making close to $20 an hour they seem to not mind being reasonable to the customers. Well at this Mc Donald’s over on Florin near Walmart is a wreck. It starts in the management! If the manager is garbage the whole store is garbage. Well, one morning I go thru the drive thru and the manager makes a deliberate point to bring me my food, so she could exercise her “manager badge” by telling me that my “sausage Mc muffin didn’t come with egg and if I got it vegetarian, I would have to pay extra for the egg” right then I noticed the picture in the on the large sized poster that said “2 sausage Mc muffins with egg for $6.” So I pointed this poster out to the manager and her response was “not in this case… you see I’m the manager and I know the rule!” The next day I went a different route and ordered a bacon egg n cheese bisquet. Of course they said the registers were ‘BROKEN’ and that we had to order from the computers off to the side(that work very poorly). After 15 minutes I realized my ordered hadn’t come up, when I asked she got all huffy , started raising her voice at her coworkers, and finally got my order together. When a young well-mannered girl brought me my order, she said “I’m so sorry hun, that this took so long.” I said “no problem. But yesterday I bought a bacon egg n cheese biscuit, and that lady(pointing at the manager that strong armed me for me BE&CB yesterday said oh well I think the lady has a “mental health issues… Exactly!...
