I visited this place recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While ordering, I struggled a bit to understand the attender’s accent, but I tried my best to communicate respectfully. However, the staff seemed annoyed and impatient with my questions.

As a vegetarian, I asked if the noodles were vegetarian. The response I got was confusing first “we don’t sell vegetarian,” and later “we only have no meat,” which made things even more unclear. When I politely asked again about vegetarian options for the side, I was met with visible irritation and facial expressions that made me feel very unwelcome.

I don’t expect special treatment, but a little patience and clarity especially when it comes to dietary needs would’ve made a huge difference. Customer service and respectful communication really matter, and I hope the staff is better trained to handle such situations...

Ordered a bowl with chow mein and sesame chicken and employees only put 2 pieces of chicken. When I asked him nicely there should be more chicken and he said do you want it as a side entree.

Super small portions and the girl working gave me a bad look like why did I even ask the question about the portion. Customer pay they you all make money. Poor customer service and seems like they need a better management.

If I was an employee there I would have care about customer concern and fairly added more chicken. That’s why there are so many bad reviews about small portions.

Panda never did me dirty like that before. I hope not every location start doing this.

I left without taking my food and no one even care about that so why go there. You expect to charge people money then give them the right amount of food.

PLEASE AVOID...

1 star given because of long wait in line. Obviously employee cindy doesn't know that 2 year olds and under are NOT REQUIRED to wear a mask when out in public places. Then had the audacity to tell me to order online next time for faster service, while when i was there standing in line for over 25mins just to order food, people that did order online had to wait at least 10mins for their food as well.. umm.. yeah but no thank you. And if the mask thing was a problem for my 1 1/2 yo, then people ordering online for pick up SHOULD HAVE BEEN WEARING A MASK AS WELL.. none of them did, and i heard no complaint about that. Smh. Slow service over all.. cashiers were slow as heck too. I wasnt the only person in line upset and not returning. Lady in front of me was mad like me n not returning as well. So...

I love panda express! It's not Chinese food but whatever it is, it's delicious! 🤣 We ordered the family meal ($29) which comes with 2 sides and 3 entrees. We got fried rice, chow mein, honey walnut shrimp ($3.75 extra) and double orange chicken. Always, always order online. Picking up will be way faster. This place is always busy and kind of ghetto so watch out when walking to and from the restaurant. This family meal is a great deal! We fed 4 people and there is still leftover orange chicken for later. Get this instead of the individual plates.

Horrible service and food. I ordered a catering platter for an event today and let me tell you. First, the ladies working did not approach anyone in the online order pick up line. Second, they got my catering order wrong. I ordered half white and half friend on one of the sides I only got all fried rice. Third, the hunny walnut shrimp looked and tasted like it was made yesterday and re heated today. All attendees were not impressed with this turn out and I will not be ordering from here again. Pictures below.

I came here on 10/19/21. The service and staff is always excellent. The only reason I give the place 2 stars is because I come here often and the portions keep getting smaller. I literally got a scoop of each one. I always get chow mien, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Kung Pao Chicken. The shrimp is a specialty, so you have you pay the extra $1 something. It is still a great place to grab some food. They open at 10am. I love going in the morning sometimes because all the dishes are fresh.
