Got food today, all was good until employee at window tried to hand me med drink. I told her I didn’t order the drink. She said well they charged you. I thought ah 1.00. Whatever I was in a hurry. I let her know I didn’t get one of my large fries. Showed her the receipt. When I got recipe back I noticed a chicken sandwich almost 6.00 was on my receipt. Told girl I need a refund for this chicken sandwich and drink. She argued with me that I ordered the chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich never came out of my mouth. The manger then asked for the chicken sandwich back! After it was in my car and I opened it! That was fine. They tell me to park. I’m thinking I’m waiting for my refund and missing fries! They guy come with my refund for the chicken sandwich. I told him I’m missing my large fries and try to hand him back the soda because I wanted my whole refund back. He said no it’s okay keep it! He come back with fries and soda refund and said my manager asked for the soda back. He kindly apologized and said I would have let you keep the soda due to the mistake. Very kind guy! I couldn’t help to think how many other people they do that too! Take food back due their mistake and after being handled by stranger. Taking it back into the facility. Read moreThe worst restaurant experience I ever experienced. I was standing at the register and waiting for someone to take my order. When, I assume the manager a shorter Hispanic woman, told me to use the kiosk. I said no. She laughed and said "it will be awhile". I knew the drive-thru was packed which is why I went inside. So I wasn't worried about the time. After waiting about 6 mins, I started seeing workers standing around looking at me periodically. So I told one of them to help me. Mind you all I wanted was a large sprite w/ no ice. The employee I asked to help me. He ,early 20s, Caucasian, painted black nails and punk rock type of look, told me "as long as I have been standing there I could have entered the order on the kiosk". At this point, I never want to come back to this McDonald but the refreshing feeling I get after drinking the sprite has me still wanting to understand the disconnect. I tell him "come do your jobs before that computer replace you. I don't want to use the kiosk bc we are still in the midst of a pandemic". This got the manager attention. She took my order immediately after I said that. It should not have taken 12 mins and mentioning a virus to get a drink cup or service especially since I was the only one in line. Read moreThe male server who gave me my order was kind but the manager Janet i believe she spoke Spanish was aggressive and rude,I work in customer service and I have code ethics and will not blow up at a customer like she did. We just got there at 5:55pm and they clean at 6:30 pm and 9:20 pm. I was packing my stuff to leave because the only reason I went there was to let my kids play and my mother came with me as soon as we sat down to eat they said we had 5 min. We called them out on how there trash cans are full everywhere and a wet floors everywhere you walk.And Janet got upset and was being aggressive with us and we got so upset that between my mother and I we were saying how awful and why are they looking at us like the gonna hurt us in between us we were saying things of how they are behaving. I told my mother to record and when she did Janet called the cops on my mom because she was recording while the gentleman gave us the corporate number and as soon as we got the corporate number we left and she followed us out the store. Her name may be spelled wrong but it something like that and we know she is a manager. But an employee should not be furious when a client as for corporate information.
