Tonight was an awful experience at our neighborhood Mountain Mikes. I called ahead and ordered my pizza, arrived before it was done. Paid and left with pizza. I got home my son came out to the car to help me with the pizza and we sat down to eat. We were both starving and rushed our first slice, the second slice we both said at the same time that the pizza was cold. There was even a piece of sausage on my second piece that was still cold. I called the restaurant and first spoke with the girl that I paid with. She argued with me as to why would I take home a cold pizza. I explained to her that I was in a hurry, it was a long day from work and I didn’t even remotely think that I would get a cold pizza. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and boy answered and said if you want a refund bring the pizza back. So we did, and I got my refund. There was no apology for the hang up, inconvenience or the argument from the worker. I explained to them that I would never go out of my way to be a problem and I still had one child at home who had not eaten. He just stared at me not saying a word. So ridiculous and...
Read moreOMFG this was the one of the best pizzas I ever had in my entire life. I got a medium pizza with chicken, pepperoni, beef, onions, bell peppers, and extra cheese well done and it was to die for. I was visiting from Portland Oregon a was looking for a good pizza place to try and got lucky and found a great one. This place was so good I plan on taking an exclusive trip back to Sacramento just to eat some more pizza from this place. My family also ordered pizzas as well and they absolutely loved there's too. I got mines well done with extra mozzarella cheese and made a humongous difference and gave the pepperonis, veggies, crust, and everything a nice crisp. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would. My only complaint is the price, the pizza was a bit on the expensive side but definitely worth the hefty price tag. See...
Read moreMy stepdad called ahead to do a nice thing and order a pizza for me. He lives out of town and generally explains the situation on the phone. When the delivery arrived they had already ran his card but refused to hand over the pizza. Not an extraordinary situation but one that would have prevented a lot of hassle if they communicated effectively over the phone. I will use a different mountain Mike's. After my stepdad spoke with the manager she said that the delivery driver would be the one to reverse the charge to his credit card. This same manager being the one the driver spoke to on the phone to tell her not to give me the pizza. So, why would a manager who is fully aware of the situation give my dad the BS answer of "the delivery driver...
