I went in today to get an application. On the door it says come in and ask to talk to the manager and get an application. The team member that gave me the application asked if I wanted to speak to the manager Victor, I said yes. The team member says this is the manager right here and the manager ignored me. The team member then told him she wants to get an application and speak with you. Victor the manager was extremely rude and didn’t address me or speak with me he told the team member applications are in here (the folder he had in is hands). I asked the team member for three applications one for each of my sisters and myself the team member had no problem with that. Victor the manager on the other hand stated that he Couldn’t give out more than one per person. He said “that’s how it is and that if your sisters really wanted an application they would come in and get it.” I felt extremely disrespected and discriminated against. And it’s not like this is the first time I’ve walked in to get an application at a business I even was going around the shopping mall today getting applications three and no one had a problem giving me three applications. Read moreI had a bad experience with Habit. I will never order from them again. I ordered for delivery. I ordered a teriyaki burger. Has sauce and a grilled piece of pineapple. My roommate ordered a BBQ bacon burger no mayo. The order comes but we didn't know it because the delivery person did not knock to let us know. It sat outside in the cold for 45 minutes. When we got it inside and opened the bag it was a big mess. The BBQ burger had no sauce, and was soggy. The other one was smashed and running all over the place. I mean it was really a mess! I couldn't eat it. Got some tempura green beans. What a joke. They had hardly any batter on them. If they're going to have something like that they better know how to fix it. My caramel malt was probably pretty good but it had melted from sitting outside for so long. Spent 30.00 for nothing because we didn't eat it. Wrote to Habit but they have not responded. I usually give a place 2 trys before giving up on them but not this place. They are off my radar forever. Door dash was the delivery company so I blame them too....
Read moreI had a really bad experience at this location. I did a curbside order from my home about 15 min in advance so I woudnt have to wait. In the app I let them know i would arrive at 12:50. Got there at 12:48, I parked in the designated curbside parking, used the link to let them know I was here and still had to wait 10 extra minutes for my food. I finally got tired and decided to walk inside (with my toddler) . My order wasn’t ready yet. Finally after 5 mins waiting in the pick up area someone approaches me about my order , they finally bag it up, (it wasn’t even bagged yet) I’m about to leave and realize they missed my green beans . So I go back in & ask for them. I saw that my ranch was also missing (which I paid 50cents extra for on the app) so I ask the guy if I could get the ranch I ordered. He gave it to me and I left. The main reason I do curbside is because I have a child and it’s hard for me to take Her in & out of the car. I go to habit all the time on capitol & they do a great job.
