Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Sacramento

Have been coming to pizza guys for over 15 years now and noticed over time that things have been changing slowly over time here for the worse and I just had my last frustrating experience with pizza guys. Specially the one on Del Paso Heights Blvd in N Natomas.

We typically order our pizza as a pick up so we can get the free soda and we have had to wait over 45 minutes per the estimated time ordered.

No apologies, NADA.... One or two times I could get over it but this has happened multiple times and the staff is even caulky about it now.

Then we placed another order online for pick up as we typically do and when we get there to pay, the girl at the counter asked if we wanted to order a ranch dressing so we can get a free soda.

I started I thought we get a free soda since we spent over $20 and we picked up our order. She sarcastically stated not any more. You only get the soda if you spend $25 or more now.

This was very frustrating I shared with her since we were not aware of this. But the made no sincere gesture and was just a matter of fact about the whole situation.

The wings are no good here!

They have messed up our orders numerous times!

They are typically low our out of sodas.

Our reward points are always missing or never accounted for as they should be. They offer no support to assist!

Now they raise the cost to $25 for a free soda even though the rules changed and they didn't even care to do a solid for a 15 + year customer!

I am a regular Customer but pizza guys has been downgrading. Last time I placed an order it was received incorrectly and they told me I had store credit. When I called today to place an order and use my store credit the guy on the phone his name was "kurince" has poor customer service on the phone. There was no greeting, and when I told him I was calling in regards of my store credit and told him my name he simply responded "phone number" in a rude way. After I placed my order with him which this credit should have been a replacement to my previous order which should have been a replacement of two large pizzas. My original order, my credit only now covered one large pizza. I asked for him to apply the coupons and he said there was none avaible to me. He refused to apply the coupons. I've order pizza online here twice now. The first time I showed up when I received a text saying my order was ready. I showed up and paid and waited 15 minutes before someone informed me that my pizza had been delivered to someone else. They offered me a free ice cream while I continued to wait. The second time I ordered I again received an alert saying my order was ready. The woman working there told me it would be ready in 6-7 minutes. I've worked at a pizza place before, and I know how long it takes a pizza to go through the oven (like 8 minutes), which means my order wasn't near completion when I received the text message.
