Customer Service: Exceptional! While waiting my turn, I observed the courtesy, patience, and respect Paul gave to other shoppers so I didn’t mind waiting. I browsed the jewelry cases in the meantime.

Respect is high on my list of ethics: Paul was patient to listen and understand my concerns. He was friendly and respectful without sacrificing professional courtesy. He did not try to upscale or entice me to spend more than necessary (although I did end up purchasing a ring—more about that later). I felt like a valued customer.

NurMahal Delivered: Paul examined my bracelets with a surgical eye. He recommended an improved way to secure the safety chain on my gold link bracelet, and he repaired the broken link in my jade bracelet. Repaired, secured, and polished, both pieces look brand new! And they were ready earlier than the promised date.

Remember the ring I mentioned? I saw a beautiful 22k ring while waiting my turn, but I didn’t ask about it until I returned to pick up my repaired bracelets. The ring is very similar to one I admired years ago, only more dazzling. Without any pressure whatsoever to buy, I chose to purchase the ring and Paul sized it for me on the spot.

Two repaired bracelets and a new 22k gold ring later—I’m a happy camper, and I will likely return for one of those gold bangle bracelets that caught my eye.

Customer service in-store is polite and welcoming, but their communication outside the store is extremely poor. I had previously purchased a men’s wedding band and reached out to ask if they had a matching women’s band available. I specifically mentioned that I needed it before Saturday, 10/25/25 on WhatsApp with a photo , but he insisted I come to store with the ring.

I eventually had to visit the store in person which was 1 hr away just to confirm what should’ve been a simple reply over text. When I came to store and spoke to Dinesh’s brother, Pankaj, he acknowledged the timing “Oh yeah, you need a women’s matching wedding band by Saturday, right”? but didn’t bother to check his inventory or follow up on WhatsApp afterward.

I came to the store, Pankaj mentioned the women’s matching ring was the last one available, which made it even more frustrating that he hadn’t responded sooner. If he had simply confirmed via text, I could’ve placed it on hold immediately and ensured no one else purchased that wedding band.

Also, every time I visit, Dinesh tends to go off-topic talking about tariffs and why prices are high, which often feels more like a guilt trip. He makes it sound like you should feel guilty for questioning the price, especially when it’s clear the store is doing well. You can tell by their luxury cars parked outside.

I took several bracelets and a necklace with me, hoping that one of the clasps would be used to repair a bracelet my father bought me over 30 years ago. It turned out that Paul can repair everything I took that I never imagined was fixable. Plus it is inexpensive in my opinion and it will all be done in a few days. And the bracelet I took in for repair, he replaced the clasp while I waited so I am wearing it now. I am in awe of the customer service I received. So very thankful to have found a new jeweler and local.
