Make sure you hit Chevron and fill up your tank prior to entering this drive through. It's a risky proposition if you're under half a tank.
Whoever owns/runs this place obviously gives zero sh!tz about service, cleanliness, or the experience of employees. It's a wonder how they're even still in business. People love Jack n the Box food. What a missed opportunity to have a strong business.
Spend a small amount of time training your employees how to be halfway respectful to paying customers. Pay them a decent wage and make sure they aren't working on skeleton crews or alone. Maybe even consider pressure washing the building once in a decade. It's filthy.

I visited here 2 months ago and after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through, the solo employee announced that he was closing the store due to being left alone.
The most recent the employee was baked out of his skull with bloodshot eyes and was barking one word commands through the window.

Read moreThe worst experience at a drive thru! I was humiliated by the guy, taking orders at the window. I waited patiently, because the wait was pretty long! Once I placed my order, the guy asked me, small, medium or large? I didn’t quite understand what he was referring to, so I asked. Instead of explaining, he continued repeating it, and I asked do you mean the burger size? he said no, and he again repeated the same thing over and over, I asked the cup? He said no, and then told me, it was common sense! And anyone who goes to a restaurant, should know that! “ I’m not a restaurant person” I then said, I don’t feel comfortable ordering anything now, because I didn’t trust it. I still had to wait awhile for the 2 cars ahead of me. When I reached the window, to speak to a manager, the guy conveniently, was at the restroom. I was highly disappointed with who ever was on the intercom for drive thru orders on sep 1, 2018 around 10:20pm. She was huffing and puffing with attitude and cut me off in the middle of my order. After i was done with ordering I paid. They handed me my large drink then the medium drink that was covered in soda and the lid was not even secured on at all. The young lady handed it to me hesitant because she even notice it was covered in soda. As soon as I sat the drink in the cup holder the lid slipped and got soda onto my passenger seat. I didnt say anything of it bcuz i can clean it myself. The handed me my order and I had even asked the woman if a specific item i order was in the bag she replied with, "Everything's in there". I took her word on it and went straight home only to find out the food was cold and not made fresh and the specific item I ordered was not even in the bag. I am completely unsatisfied and disappointed that these two had no enthusiasm and were so quick to shoo me away without double checking anything they've done.
