Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream Natomas — Restaurant in Sacramento

I need to express my opinion of Handel's Ice Cream Natomas. I have been going since the place opened and even experienced withdrawal when it was closed due to a fire outside their building. One of the first people I met was Caci, whom I take for the manager, she introduced me to Chocoholic Chunk, and I've been addicted ever since. That said, I want to let everyone know that the "king" of the scoop is Dillion. I joke that I have to spend a lot of time licking up the edges. He is great. (makes the customer feel like they are getting their money's worth, which in today's economic environment is a lot) Then there is Hanna, whom, if not busy, and she sees me coming, has my cone ready when I walk up to the window. Then there is Yummy (sic) whom I have met once but will remember his name as I say YUMMY every time I eat one of their ice cream cones. All the staff are great customer relations representatives as they seem happy at their work, show it to the customer, and are enthusiastic with loading on the ice cream or drink. The ice cream was, as always, superb—creamy, flavorful, and generously portioned. The extensive variety of flavors made it hard to pick just one!

What really stood out during my visit was the exceptional customer service provided by Aidan. From the moment I walked in, Aidan welcomed me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

I had trouble deciding between a few flavors, and Aidan patiently offered samples and provided helpful recommendations based on my tastes. His dedication to customer satisfaction and helping me find the perfect flavor was impressive. Aidan’s commitment to excellent service truly enhanced my visit and made me feel valued.

As my first time experience going to handels being with this location, I was blown away why I haven’t been here any sooner! I saw a Huge! line outside and knew it had to be worth checking out!! Although I had to wait in the huge line, not only did the ice cream make it up, but the absolutely wonderful customer service i was given to by ISHAN!!! He was very patient with helping me choose from the great selection of all these interesting flavors, and had much to say about his helpful opinion to help me become more decisive on which to get. On top of that he was so kind and welcoming!!
