The customer service is not very responsive, helpful or friendly, but respectful. They are not impatient, rude or mean, but listen quietly to customers while the customers placing their orders, and yes they are not quick in making the orders. They are located in Delta Shores Cir South Sacramento, CA, and pretty much a big dining in area, but unfortunately they don’t even care about the hygiene of their location or the utensils that they use which is gross. The bathrooms are filthy , and need cleaning, also out of necessity hygiene supplies such as paper towel , washing soap, but don’t they know that the safety of their customers is more important than their laziness. I’m sure everyone knows about Starbucks, and their skyrocketing prices for their foods , and drinks, but how sure are you about the quality of their products or the freshness of the ingredients they use for your food or drinks? So in short words you are not because the ingredients at this location are not fresh, and the quality is cheap. The wait time after placing your order is long , so don’t expect 5 minutes waiting time. You can place your order through the app, in person through walk in or over the phone as well if you want ; however, in person orders get more attention, and accurately describe, so in person orders are preferred according to the employees. They offer different kind of services depending on your choice like dining in, to go or delivery, so choice is yours. Yes ! They are wheelchair accessible , and they do have some comfortable seats for physically disabled individuals who want to dine in instead of leaving with their orders. The parking lot is huge , and you can find parking spots easily including handicapped spots, so no worries. My experience was not good because they messed up my order , and made me wait longer, but didn’t worth it waiting all that time, and no apologies were made. I don’t know what Starbucks thinks about its customers that we are NOT growing money on trees or what ? I’m not coming to this location, and will not recommend it to anyone...

Due to my husband's minimal allowed daily fluid intake, this small indulgence is always a highlight for him. We ordered a 12oz tall coffee and brought our refillable hot cup. However, as we left the area, my husband removed the lid; we were surprised to find not quite 8oz of coffee inside instead of the 12oz we had paid for. While this might seem like a minor issue to some, it disappointed us. We understand that mistakes happen, but for us, it felt like the beginning of the end of what had become a cherished weekend morning routine, given we live 20-plus miles from this Starbucks. When i asked for a corrected version, barista was not gracious and made me wait 6 drinks before she re-crafted my complicated drink probably as punishment for daring to trouble her in the first place.
