Starbucks — Restaurant in Sacramento

Typical Starbucks, I hate the "runners", they park themselves outside a lot and take up all the chairs and tables, they don't buy anything, just use the Internet and sell their drugs or haven't ya'll noticed. This starbucks has more street people than normal, if not taking up chairs and tables outside, they come in and charge their phones, I saw a couple walk in with their bags and didn't buy anything and eventually started to argue loudly with each other. Odd because other people seemed scared to say anything and kept their heads down, finally the arguing couple left, I wish starbucks demanded people that come in, buy something, or starbucks should ask then to leave. Some of these street people will charge their phones inside starbukcs then go outside and simply hangout for hours, never buy anything then come in grab their phones and go...

I usually never write reviews but this bothered me. Ordered a 2 venti coffee and tea. They messed up and gave me a grande tea. I double checked the sticker and it did say Venti. Went back in got in line holding the drink in hand. Wasn't acknowledged but they clearly saw me and didn't ask anything. So I just waited I was 2nd in line. Let them know it was supposed to be a venti. She took the drink and dumped it out and poured a new drink. That's it... no "sorry sir our mistake" would of been ok with me or at least some acknowledgment. giving 2 star because I wasn't impressed with the way they handled it. Didn't seem professional compared to how other Starbuck's handle...

Two stars for the large amount of transients you must endure while visiting this establishment. I have been coming here for many years and there's not one day that goes by that you're not faced with transient/ vagabonds doing their morning cleanup and bathing. Whether it's in the bathrooms or the water spicket directly outside the front doors.

*UPDATE December 2017. Management finally made the decision to remove the outside tables/chairs to limit the amount of transient that inhabit the area. It truly makes for a much better esthetic appeal. I have updated my stars to three for now. Ti.e will tell if I can increase it further. Differently I...
