Subway — Restaurant in Sacramento

I pre order my meal 30 min ahead of time yet I had to wait after two people who the person making the sandwiches states they came in first. So what I'm understand is they have been waiting for 30 mins to get their sandwiches. Now I only have so much time to retrieve my sandwiches. I think it was rude and disrespectful to not only state he must help wh cam first but proceeded to make another customer sandwich even though my order came in before. I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Manjinder Kang. From the moment I walked in, he was very professional and welcoming. He took the time to make sure everything was clean and handled my food with great care, which really gave me confidence in both the hygiene and quality of my meal. The bread is super stale. When I bit into it, it cut my gums because the bread was so old and I had it toasted. Customer service is pretty awful as well. When I asked for the vegetables, they sprinkle it on there like they were feeding a baby bird. I asked for soup once and they said they didn’t have any. Then another lady who came right after me asked for soup and they said they had it available. So I guess they just didn’t have it for me. Rude. No more subway for me.
