Came for my wife's birthday, and although she enjoyed her food, the entire experience was less than stellar.

The prices can be considered fair if you are just getting the boils as is; but with all boils only,including two potatoes and one corn on the cob ,t begs for extras. So i, you wanted to add extras, the prices climbed quickly.

Three potatoes - $ 4 A single sausage - $5 Three corn on the cob - $ 5 Two hard-boiled eggs - $3 Noodles - $5 Rice - $5 Broccoli - $4

The servers were unorganized and confusing throughout our experience. The manager brought us a server when we were initially seated bu, that server was nowhere to be found when we were ready to order. We did take our time reading the menu as it was our first time. However, the manager had to search the restaurant for our initial server after we asked if we could order. Leading her to bring a new server as she couldn’t find our initial server anywhere. The new server quickly took our order and got started on our drinks.

After submitting our order, they brought glasses of water for everyone but had to be reminded of the drinks that were ordered; which then proceeded not to come out until our main entrees were served. There was one drink that was entirely forgotten but was still included in the final bill.

Four of our party members ordered four different seafood boils, and while we waited for our food the,servers failed to set the table for the oncoming food. When they brought out the appetizers thei, failure continued, as they did not bring out enough utensils and plates for everyone at the table.

Our food was brought out with help from other staff but t,e communication was lacking. There were items brought with the wrong entrees which ,aused confusion. One of our guests almost repurchased a side since the two servers failed to communicate the order to each other. Luckily we corr,cted our plates before the order was finalized.

Eventually our food,streamlined out the kitchen doors. They were met with nothing but desirous eyes as they forgot to bring gloves, the shell bucket, and seafood tool sets. This issue was not corrected until after half of our party had already finished their food, having brought their own gloves and prying open their food with their hands.

The service staff did not check on us at all during the meal. The servers did not seem to communicate throughout the meal. We had to get their attention if we needed anything, from extra napkins to refills, we felt almost invisible throughout our dining experience. One of the seafood boils had a rotten potato in the boil, which was bagged with the rest of the food. When it was pointed out to the server, it was originally dismissed as potato skin. The potato was broken open completely, and there was a mushy black streak through the entire potato. The server, obviously shocked and confused, then stated, "I don't know what to do about that." Rather than taking the entire meal back, as it was bagged and stewed with rotten ingredients, and replacing the entire meal. We had to ASK for a replacement potato, she then. Sheopriately took the rotten potato back to the kitchen and brought out a fresh one. Additionally, no other accommodation was made for the rotten food originally served.

When we asked for chili flakes, the server brought us to-go packets from Mountain Mike's, located next door.

With high anticipation and recommendations from multiple sources, our expectations were met with chaotic disappointment and frustration. One would imagine that if a new business anticipates larger crowds, the servers and service should be nothing short of excellence.

Considering the bill was about $300 with tip, and none of us ordered the overpriced alcoholic drinks, I was extremely disappointed in the experience and will not return.

The business has great potential with bold flavors and a wide variety of options. However,the staff should be made aware and trained properly to organize themselves, without faltering under pressure of large parties and crowds, if they wish to find continued...

Upon arrival we were unaware they were having a family/friend’s soft opening and thought it was open for regular business. We were still very much welcome. Well the owners are awesome and were very attentive. Our server was Ant, he had great customer service and made sure we were satisfied. Justin came to our table a few times as well.

Now to the food! We started with BREADED LEMON PEPPER WINGS (naked is an option) which are the best chicken I have ever had. It was Juicy cooked just right, flavor was just right, and they were made/served hot hot in fresh grease. We also had the GARLIC NOODLES WITH SHRIMP. The flavor was just right and the noodles were good. (If you do not like cherry tomatoes ask to hold them) the shrimp on top of the noodles is one of the add on options.

We also had cocktails. A STRAWBERRY LEOMN DROP AND A MARGARITA. They were perfectly made. They also shared champagne with us which was even better.

The chefs menu was unexpected yet an exciting touch. We ordered from that menu as well as the main menu.

THE LAMB CHOPS are fire!! The veggies plated with them are so good. Juiciness and tender with a nice flavor.

THE BOIL WITH SNOW CRAB AND BLACK MUSSELS delicious. The crab was cooked just right. The boil has potatoes and corn included and it is not itemized. The flavor is so spot on besides not having a direct option for non spicy.

The prices are fair and some items are slightly cheaper than other Boil locations.

The restroom can use more attention and the screens are all in the Bar area so make sure you are seated to face the screens if you are there to watch the game. Take note, that you can ask for gloves if it is into included in the bucket with utensils.

Food was good, but as many have said not so much the service. We were sat down right away by the owner and he went ahead and let us know what he suggested off the menu. He was very kind and stated the server would be with us shortly. The server never came! There were at least 2 servers attending others around our booth. We sat waiting for at least 30 mins (I would have left, but my bf was giving them a chance) I had to let another older gentleman that was standing at the front seating people know and he was very apologetic and informed us that someone would be with us ASAP. Our server finally came and we ordered our drink, appetizer and food. We waited about 15 mins and our food came out. We waited about another 5 mins after and our drinks never made it out. I had to let the same older gentleman know and again very apologetic and asked us what our drinks were and got them out right away. We were very confused because it wasn’t super busy and the server was walking around our area , but we did notice them attending 1 specific table very closely. The whole time that we were there our server only came to our table 2 times to take our order and to check if we wanted a refill ,but at that time we were ready to go so we asked for the bill. hopefully we are able to try this place out again in a couple months. I understand it’s a newer establishment ,but does not excuse the horrible service.

Also, while we were eating another couple was seated and they were also not attended to and they walked out after 15-20 mins. I was just so confused because again there were servers on the floor. Just not attending our...
