Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sacramento

Worst Service ever!! Used an online app to place an order. Drove myself to there Location approx 10min away. No cars at the drive thru at the moment, drove right to the window. I reviewed my order, they parked me right away which was fine. I waited for approx 13 minutes. As I seen 4 employees outside smoking, which I didnt mind the problem was they walked right into the kitchen!! Never washed there hands. After 5 MORE minutes I walked to the door, this girl said “Hello we are closed” I explained Ive been waiting there for around 20 minutes. She permitted me inside. As I walk in it got worst!! There was a guy with a CIGARETTE in his mouth! Wrapping customers orders!? Stood there Nobody acknowledged me! 3 girls were walking around saying Im off, Im off?? At this point I was getting agitated. I seen them pack a bag of food walked right passed me outside to the wrong car. Came back with the food ended up missing my whole order. As I asked “Hello, is your Supervisor here?” She looked at me and walked off!? By then I just walked out angry as I wasted nearly an hour of my time. I always order a soft taco with extra beef and 3 cheese blend. Sometimes not everything I request is remembered. This day my taco was perfect. I tried something new which was the grilled cheese chalupa. It was far better than I could ever have imagined. I will order it again. But I was so thrilled to have the Mexican pizza back. There is a big debate over whether or not the product has changed. I can't tell any difference and I don't care because I enjoyed eating it so much. I have heard that demand has far exceeded supply and they need time to catch up. Please be quick. And bring back the enchirito. I have to order a burrito with rice lettuce black beans cheese and sour cream. Then I have them cover it with red sauce and 3 cheese blend. I also miss the nacho supreme. The Belgrande is too much food. And the triple layer nachos is wonderful if u add beef and 3 cheese blend. Perfect snack. My 17 year old son misses the beefy fritos burrito. Spent 45 dollars and got trash. My food was a mess. Didn't know how to eat it because there was sour cream all over the chalupas to top it off one of the chalupa had a piece of fur on it like it was dropped on the ground, was missing one hard taco, and the soft tacos had no meat in it, the nacho bell grande chips tasted like it was there from two days ago. Everything was thrown in the trash. My husband and I are very disappointed and surely won't be going back to this taco bell nor will we recommend anyone to go to this location on mack rd in Sacramento. It was the most horrible horrible experience especially on a super rainy night and time was 10:30pm even though the restaurant was just 5 mins from home we did not want to go back to have them remake our food because we did not want the same people making our food and being a waste for the second time.
