Arby's — Restaurant in Safford

Simple order: Mozzarella sticks, large unsweet iced tea and a classic beef with tomato and lettuce.

Had me wait a car-length in front of drive thru

What I got: Mozzarella sticks, large unsweet iced tea and a BEEF AND CHEDDAR. I told the girl the order was wrong, and she said she would go fix it.

A moment later the girl who took my order (short blonde) came out and yelled at me "You said Beef and Cheddar, give me the damn sandwich". I told her I did not order that - but she had me pay for that - I did not look at the receipt till later. She then demanded the sandwich again - the first girl told me to keep it. I declined and I told her I would keep it but she placed the order wrong, with me stating "remember I ordered the tomato and lettuce". She appeared very angry and again demanded the sandwich. I told her that based on her demeanor I would be afraid that she would spit in the new sandwich, she replied "F-ck off and never come back here".

Worst Arby experience ever and the sandwich was bad as well. I will take her advice and never return. Such an angry person. Arby's should be proud, I guess help is...

I went through the drive-through tonight Safford AZ I don't know the menu very well I ordered a curly fry for my eight year old daughter the young man threw the speaker said what size I said medium then silence so i asked do you have medium? With an attitude said yes. I ordered a classic Arby's roast beef sandwich two chocolate milkshakes and a curly fry. I got some melted cheese sandwich 2 curly fries and two milkshakes Didn't realize it till I got home As he's snarling at me the whole time because I had to ask for another sauce. Anyhow tried to call to speak to the manager who stated her name was Tasha instead of making it right turned it around on me I said I was going to call corp. She said she would call them on me. Completly Unprofessional and I will never go there again and all of this was in front of my daughter. Waste of...

The manager of this store, doesn't seem to pay attention to what the food preparation workers are doing. We purchased the 3 beef, cheddar with bacon, a month ago. Of course we went through the drive thru. When we got home, there was ONE very small slice of bacon on the sandwiches. Unbelievable! So, a few weeks later we received 2 coupons for som ed free meals. We were not looking for compensation. My husband, went with the coupons, and brought the meals back home. His had 2 slices of bacon, mine was a bun with some meat. No cheese, no sauce, no bacon! If Arby's is advertising, on tv, they should, at least, put 3 slices of bacon on EVERY sandwich that's ordered, with bacon, as the ad shows! We will be avoiding this dtore, as long as we have to live! Terrible...
