On 4/28/25 I placed an online order and when I got there around 9pm it was super busy, I ordered a mozz stick and two buffalo sliders without ranch. I got my order quickly through the drive thru and headed home but when I got home my sliders had ranch. I donât eat ranch and itâs not what I paid for so I went back and explained I understood they were busy and asked if they could remake them no ranch.

They said no problem, except they decided not to do it and acted like we never called when we called back to ask why. I eat Arby's alot, but this definitely changes my mind. Thanks for reminding all of us why you actually aren't underpaid. So...
