The experience was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, health inspectors will be called. Went in for my very first time, on the spot the greeters and waitresses where extremely rude and I'll mannered they all had a attitude as if their better than everyone else. After a hour of sitting(keep in mind there where several several tables empty not a busy day at all) they finally sat me. We then sat for another hour waiting for drinks and to place an order. The water glass had spots all around it and when we ordered our appetizers we got them very cold so we asked for replacements the waitress said to ask her manager then proceeded to walk away not telling me whom the manager was or where they where. So then after 45 min of waiting to order food, she finally came back we ordered and it took 1 hour and 36 min I ordered a burger with seasoned fries. My burger was very dry and chewy and the fries where plain Jane fries no seasoning no salt no anything, they where cold as well and some where very burnt. All the toppings on my burger where either brown or soggy. And even after all of that they still charged me a 20% gratuity fee forcing me to pay it and even after I paid it the manager came out claiming I stilled owed money made me pay even more money into the gratuity fee(I counted I did the math of how much I owe and I got it spot on but they wanted even more money) I asked why they where charging me not one but two gratuity fees they said it's for when we have alot of people to serve we make people pay gratuity which is essentially a forced tip or they call the cops and press charges for theft if you dont pay so essentially if they keep coming out and adding more and more gratuity fees onto your bill even after you paid it before you have no choice or they will have you arrested. Worst restaurant to have a first experience so unless you want poorly made food and terrible rude service as well as being robbed of money all night STAY AWAY FROM HARVEYS...

I haven't been to Harvey's in a while, and I had a craving to go there just because I remembered it was quite a nice place to go to.
I'll start this review with the ambiance. The restaurant atmosphere, cleanliness, and guests were all fantastic. Moderate noise level, easy to converse, but not overhear or be overheard.
Service tonight, at least for us wasn't horrible, just bad.
Our server seemed, frankly,really unpolished as a server and really was pretty unattentive and absent for most of the experience. Normally wouldn't name names, but Kelli was not real good. I had 1 coffee refill in an hour, she only had 1 other table that we even noticed the whole time, but failed to check back until I'd already finished eating??
Food: not evenly cooked throughout.
The only thing that tasted like it was cooked on an actual Grill was my steak.
The cheese covering the broccoli looked like it was microwaved as well as my baked potato which was 8,000 degrees in the center yet somehow cold on the outside edges.
I can't prove they microwave their food, but Kelli offered to throw my cold soup into the microwave to heat it up so I'm guessing yeah they do.
Manager was NOT notified of the soup, and if they were, we were never asked about anything or even greeted. By the time the waitress finally came back I just wanted to get the hell out of there and go home.
Do better. Can't say I'd go back at this point.
I did notice the manager bring back three other plates to three other tables though and apologizing, but as far as my experience goes, your restaurant gets 2 stars.

The host was great. She said we’d get a text around 25 minutes. It was 15, On a Covid Saturday night!!
Waitress was a pro!!! The waiter gent who saw us first sit greeted us and said she does good. “She’ll be right here” we said thank you! Bartender said she was new, later. I laughed and said she’s best waitress I had in 2 years ANYWHERE!
She was super busy we knew that staff was tight! People behind us were told 45 minutes, parking lot was packed. Wish Waitress wrote her name down. She acted like she had 10 years in. Ordered beers, app. She said order more? “We’re ready for entrees too,” we said. (QR code good plan MGMT on busy night!!) Ok great. 3 minute order time and she was back in no time!!
Now how’s the food right? HARVEY’S Nailed it. Fiancé loved her Pork. (She’s a critic on her cooking so…) I had an 8oz sirloin, went to restroom (they tried to box it fiancé said, I said no they don’t) I ate the entire meal!!!!!! Medium was Medium for steak.
Portions were perfect!! Fired Mozz We got 9 pieces for $9, is this Covid time or what? That’s 2015 prices!
Bet by now you’re like this guyworks here… well I was bored watching baseball. NOPE! I do love supporting good LOCAL businesses, and did retail for years. When people step up, MGMT better reward them. Lots of open jobs they’ll leave!!
