Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

I would not recommend ordering from this store. The manager we spoke to was very rude and the employee was very dismissive. We ordered through the app, so it's delivered by door dash, we realized when we got the confirmation that two numbers in our address got transposed. We called their customer service number right away, but couldn't get through. So as a last ditch effort, before making peace with the fact that someone else was going to be getting a free $40 mean ( even if it was just a raccoon, because they just leave it on the porch because they do contactless delivery) I tried to call the store. They confirmed that our order was still there. I asked them to please place a note on the box that either says "call customer" or write down the correction. They refused. The manager hung up up on me, because I didn't understand how they had no contact with the box and couldn't stick a note on it. Our order was then cancelled. Never ordering from them again, and I recommend you seriously consider the same. Otherwise, make darn sure you triple check your order before placing...

Tonight, I ordered some pizzas and bread. I was debating on complaining today because the manager was super stressed. During this process in the store, she was only going to give me a few of my items; again, she was stressed, so I told her that was okay, just give me the money for the items I don’t receive. She then explained to me about the count, and she didn’t want to take from her register. Then she gave me everything that was on my receipt about 10 to 20 minutes later. When I finally made it to the house, I discovered 2 out of 3 of my pizzas were wrong and made with pepperonis, the crazy bread was not cooked all the way, and hair was found in 1 of the pizzas. I called up there about 5 times before getting an answer. I explained to her what happened, and I just wanted a refund. I took pictures just in case she thought I was scamming her. She told me that she could only remake the pizzas… I’m upset because I wasted money, time from driving to that side of town, and more. With that being said, I can’t order from...

Was in here for door dash getting a customers order. Was supposed to be ready by the time I got there & it was not. Nothing new for most places, usually just have to wait about 5 minutes. When I asked the manager about it he said they were working on it.

I watched people come in after me, order, and get their food before me. I finally said something about this to be told they ordered different items they already had up, and that they cannot control the time on the door dash app that says when it’ll be completed. Except, they can. They just have to contact door dash about changing the wait times for items. I dont care if it takes an extra 30 minutes, but have that time be reflected to the customer correctly.

The manager on duty ended up yelling at me, and finally gave me my order. Should not take 40+ minutes to make a pizza that isn’t a hot n ready. And they should’ve handled it with much more grace than they did. Will never order from...
