McDonald's — Restaurant in Saginaw

This place is known to have homeless or people on drugs hanging out outside. If you go through the DriveThru you are fine. They won't bother you.

We opted to eat inside. Placed our order thru the kiosk as there was no one tending the front. We ordered it "table side" and were told someone would bring it to our table.

There was what appeared to be a staff meeting going on inside where the manager repeatedly told employees to dress professionally, cut their hair, trim their beards, wear makeup, look pretty..... I thought it was highly unprofessional to call out the employees one by one, asking them to stand, telling them things like this. I felt this was to be done one on one and in private.

After 30 minutes I went to ask about our food and an employee said it had been sitting there because they had no idea what 'table service' meant. I told him it meant you bring it out to the table and he said "no wonder it said table 101 on the receipt". I asked him why they didn't ask for help or asked their manager, he said No Thanks. 🤦‍♀️ gave us our food anyway 😋

My wife used the mobile order app to order breakfast for both us. Simple order (Big breakfast with HB, Hot cakes with sausage, sausage biscuit with cheese and sausage egg mcmuffin and 4 extra HB's). We used the curbside option. Simple enough, right? We also did this at home prior to leaving. A simple 3 mile drive and a few minutes waiting, voila, food in hand. Well, its anything but. Arrived on site at 0859, and after 20 min wait. Had to go into McDonalds and find out whats going on with the order. To my surprise, our order wasnt even started on regardless of us (wife and I) checking in on the app. Im assuming the manager/supervisor saw me and my expression I must had on my face. She asked kindly on the issue and work my order as priority 1 with customers standing in line trying to get their orders in. I do applaud her efforts but it should not have gone that way. To make insult to injury, the one simple sandwich that I got charged for extra was with cheese never came with it. Even though it shows it on the receipt. Smh. Whats the point of curbside then? If you dont work the order when you check-in and two, dont read on the orderslip whats...

Ridiculous! So for starters.... 40 minutes in the drive thru (with 2 hungry screaming children) !!! I finally get to the window to give the guy my monet and the dude looked like he smoked WAY to much before work. Just simply stuck on stupid! My order was very simple or at least I thought I made it simple. 1 spicy McChicken and 4 McDoubles. ONLY MEAT, CHEESE AND PICKLES! Not hard right? I get all the way back home and not only was I missing a burger every one of them that I did get were wrong!! Had everything on them. I called to speak with the manager. She apparently didn't want to hear what I had to say so hung up on me. The next day I spoke to the GM. She offered my money back and replace the order. Cool. So I go back to get it taken care of again only got 3 burgers....took it back to the counter. Check the burgers and they had everything on them again!! Seriously? How freaking hard is it to make a hamburger with ONLY MEAT, CHEESE AND PICKLES!?! I was told by GM I would be receiving a phone call from higher ups and haven't gotten one yet!
