Arby's — Restaurant in Sahuarita

This was my first "visit" to this location. First of all, they would not honor any coupon's via phone apps...., although there were a few. Ok, I understand that.... next, I order (without any discounts or coupons) , I ask for extra sauces, the manager is standing there and relay's we can only give 3 sauces, per sandwich, mind you, I ordered to sandwiches and 4 potatoes cakes, the family likes the sauces with the potatoe cakes, I say OK, let me have 6 extra sauces and I'll pay for them. I paid for everything and at the last moment, I had a request from "the family", make sure I get extra...after paying and just prior to leaving, I ask for a ew more sauces, instead of just, throwing them in or saying, I'll give it to you this time but next time you will have to pay. The manager is still standing there and I had to pay an additional 95 cents on my card. It's not the money,it's the fact that..... I stated it was my first time there, a little up set they did not honor coupons, etc.... and she wasn't willing to lose 95 cents VS a repeat customer who would frequent their establishment.... TACO BELL, here I come. I will not patronage this establishment ever again. I hope it was worth the 95 cents VS. 20 - 30 dollar orders a few...

It has been a relatively long time since we visited this location.......but really, not long enough.

No other customers were in the store, and it also seemed that there were no employees in the store either. I called out twice, then kind of 'drummed' on the counter, and no one came out. I finally got someone's attention who was sitting in the office, and he came and took my order. Our old standby is the Ruben, as most times it is good [this time was no exception. Since we have seen TV ad RE the "Prime Cheesesteak", thought we would try it. Our mistake....worse sandwich that I can ever remember, and I am 79 years old.

Having had eaten a few meals at fast food places most of those years, I do have a little experience.

The sandwich was: 1. Tasteless , and 2. The amount of meat and/or vegies was truly pitiful. Neither my wife nor I took more than a 1/4 of the thing, and it is now in the trash ready to go to the landfill. suppose we need to go back to anywhere else but this place, as we were not at all satisfied. So my warning to you...Don't under any circumstance, order the "Prime Cheesesteak" Order ID...

Got to restaurant 4:10p, Friday 9/17/21. No other customers in ordering line. Finally got waited on 4:23. No apologies. Lots of employees talking in kitchen area. Placed order. Still lots of talking in kitchen area. Finally got order, 3 sandwiches. Got home found a odd sandwich in bag replacing one of my sandwiches. I heard employees talking about a mistake made earlier. I guess they decided I was a good candidate to get rid of it. Tried calling several times with no response so I went back to store. Talked with David, manager, who had an attitude problem. Finally got him to give me a refund and he told me he didn’t need my business. Wouldn’t give me a refund receipt. Told me it would take 3 days for refund. Now I know why the other employees didn’t care either. I don’t recommend this restaurant. I noticed there are other reviews similar to mine. I should have looked at them. Also main reason I went was for the new philly steak sandwich. I was told they wouldn’t have any for 3 days because someone didn’t order the right...
