I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at Carl's Jr., all thanks to the incredible efforts of an employee named Kiersten. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and genuine smile that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Kiersten's professionalism and attention to detail were immediately apparent. She took the time to patiently guide me through the menu, offering valuable recommendations and ensuring that I felt comfortable with my choices. Her knowledge of the menu items was impressive, and it was evident that she took pride in her work.

I ordered a famous star-no cheese, lettuce, pickles & mayonnaise only. When I looked at my receipt I realized the cashier hadn’t understood my order & went back to the counter (they were still making the burger). I explained again what I wanted & apologized for being a pain. Then the person working the drive thru stepped over & asked what the problem was. I explained my order for the 3rd time & she said it comes with those things. What dip & doo we’re not understanding was I wanted a burger with ONLY lettuce pickles & mayonaise. As expected when I got home the burger had onions, no pickles, Mayo & ketchup. Tried calling the place but the phone # listed is a frigging fax #. So I googled the number & that one rang twice & disconnected the call. Tried both #’s three times. I do NOT recommend...

I was very excited and my first day with Clay eastherey. I was nervous butt but heputy me at ease when he started choking, cause that is what I was ready to do. So scared 🥴😜🤪,... I really liked him s lot,.,.🤞🏻 After that, we went for a nice drive in the canyon ... Caught him staring at me out of the corners of his eyes (approvingly)...
