After about 5 minutes of eating, my friend found a green and brown WORM in her beef and broccoli. Went to return the food, and they immediately gave us a refund, stating how they got their broccoli from a new vendor and that they spotted some of the worms on the vegetable. They told me that they rinsed and washed the broccoli well enough to where they thought they got all the worms out, but I guess they missed one. Doesn't help the fact that the company knowingly saw bugs on their produce and still decided to serve it to their customers anyways.
My coworker looked at her company card (which the meal was paid on) and saw that while the company indeed did refund the meal itself, they decided to keep the tip for themselves. One way or another, they found a way to make sure we still paid them for finding worms in our food. Absolutely disgusting food. Disgusting business practices. I will be filing a report with the green valley health inspector and the better business burrow over this incident.
Go to panda house a few shops down. They're prices are better, you get more food for your buck, and I've yet to find any bugs in...
Read moreIf I could put no stars I would. We came in at 6:30pm and my mom ordered some soup. We specifically told the waitress that my mom was allergic to shrimp. She confirmed to us that she would let the cooks know not to put shrimp in the soup. When the soup came out, my mom went to put some hot sauce in her soup and the hot sauce was so old that it looked to have mold in the sauce.... then while we were eating my mom finds shrimp in her soup!!!! We had to rush out of the restaurant to go and get my mom Benadryl because she didn’t have an epi pen with her. Moral of the story do NOT come here. If you have any type of food allergies. I am convinced that the cooks at this location just take out what your allergic to disregarding the fact that cross contamination can still give someone an allergic reaction. My family will never be coming...
Read moreAll of our to-go items arrived unlabeled, thus impossible to tell apart. But far worse than that, literally all of them were incorrect in one way or another. One pho had the cup of broth entirely missing. Pork was included instead of chicken on another. It was clear from the flavor that beef broth was used on a vegetarian tofu pho order. Wheat noodles were used instead of rice noodles on an order calling for the latter. To top it off, the order of shrimp spring rolls had an off smell and we had to throw it out. All of this, after waiting for an hour for our order and then driving far across town to discover the absolute botch job they did. Never again, which is a shame, as I can tell the food experience could be excellent if they would get their act together and stop...
