This used to be one of my favorite locations, they are an extremely busy location, their wait times can get long but itâs never bothered me because I want my Starbucks and I am a patient person till they shut down their drive thu⊠not sure whatâs up with their drive thru being closed ALLLLL the time. Itâs been several weeks now Iâve tried multiple times a day different days and no luck.. is their intercom broken? Are they short staffed? Google says they have drive tru hours now which is not true because Iâve tried different times of day on different days and those Orange Cones have not come down. I am beyond frustrated. Having to place an order for pickup find a spot to park in their tiny lot and then having to wait twice as long inside is not my idea of convenient. Iâve also noticed that when you place your order online for pickup the app will send notification that itâs DONE and you walk in and they havenât even started putting it together. Itâs become far more convenient to go to Dutch Bros now across the street because at least their drive thru is ALWAYS OPEN. All in all this place to me is worth the 5 stars with a drive thru because the staff that theyâve had these last few months has been good, polite always gets the order right but if you are getting rid of the drive thru I may as well rate you 1 star. The drive thru is important to me especially when you have children in the car or when you are in a hurry, getting down is just a hassle. You are seriously inconveniencing so many clients. If you are going to post drive thru hours at least follow them and donât make us guess. For now I guess Iâll keep going...
   Read moreThis Starbucks has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. I used to come to this location every morning on my way into work a couple of years ago before the pandemic hit, and the early morning crew was great. They were friendly and polite, and always made me feel welcomed back.
Itâs been a while since Iâve come to this location consistently, and after my last few visits here, Iâm doubtful that Iâd ever shop this location regularly again. The last several times that Iâve been inside this Starbucks location, the service has been absolutely awful. No one greets me, smiles at me, asks my day is going. The employees act like customers are a massive inconvenience to their day.
On my last visit here recently, I was picking up a mobile order and politely asked if one of the baristas could please top off my drink with some extra ice. This barista could not even be bothered to acknowledge that I was speaking to him. No eye contact, no smile. Completely ignored. I know for a fact that he heard me, because he did throw a scoop of ice into the top of my drink eventually, but I was genuinely made to feel like I was the greatest inconvenience of this guyâs entire day as I stood there like a fool wondering if he had even heard what I said. It was honestly unbelievable that the customer service could be that bad. Definitely a huge bummer as this is the only Starbucks thatâs not inside of a grocery store...
   Read moreI had a very frustrating experience at this Starbucks location. If youâre considering stopping here, I strongly suggest going elsewhere-Dutch Bros or a local coffee shop would be a much better choice.
First, donât bother ordering a grande or venti. The drinks are consistently underfilled, no matter how much you pay. Itâs a complete rip-off when youâre paying premium prices for only a partially full cup. This has happened multiple times, and itâs unacceptable.
Second, the mobile ordering system is absolutely pointless at this branch. I ordered ahead through the app to pick up at the drive-thru, assuming it would save time. Instead, I sat in line while they prioritized people ordering at the counter inside. Whatâs the point of âordering aheadâ if the staff chooses to serve walk-in customers first? It defeats the whole purpose and completely disregards the convenience that Starbucks promotes through its mobile app.
The lack of consistency and poor customer service here really stood out. It feels like theyâre more interested in rushing orders out than delivering quality drinks or respecting peopleâs time.
I wonât be returning to this location and definitely donât recommend it to others. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values both your money...
