This place has lost my business! The online app is always down, so I send my daughter to order a very large family meal as well as other side items. She makes a point to tell them we need honey and hot sauce. They were out of honey and gave us 2 whole packs of hot sauce. For a 16 piece family meal! I see they forgot some items ordered aside from the family meal. So I call to speak to the manager about it and will not fix the issue unless I came back to the store. I explained that it is ridiculous for me to drive back to be refunded just for side items. She was only willing to refund me for what they forgot. I was not looking for a free meal, I simply didn't want to waste my time or gas and asked that she either refund me digitally or email me coupons for the side items missed. She states, I can't do it without refunding you the whole order, so come back to the store. I then ask to speak to her GM cause this is 2021 and I'm sure someone can refund me for what i paid for and didn't receive via email. She says ok, I'll give her your name and number. I ask her, do you even know my name and number, cause she certainly never asked and she says yes. So I ask her to confirm that information with me since she claims she had it and that's when she hangs up on me. Horrible service...

Oh man, I really wish we looked at these reviews before we decided to order online this evening for dinner. They were out of 4/5 of our drink choices. Fortunately all of our food order was in stock and shockingly correct. But we ordered online at 6:50 for a 7:20 pick up, you would think 30 minutes would be enough time to compile a moderate sized order. We were so wrong. 2 cars in the parking lot, 2 in the drive thru, and our order hadn't even been started being compiled when we arrived at 7:23. We waited an additional 15 minutes, they forgot one of our substitute drinks, and the staff all looked either stoned or massively depressed. The young man at the register didn't greet or ask how he could help, just gave an unfriendly nod to us when we approached. Seeing others with similarly poor experiences makes me think that this store's longevity in this area will likely be short lived. Management might want to pay attention or else folks in this area will speak quite loudly with their wallets and provide patronage to other places in the area that are friendlier and more efficient...

I stopped to pick up an order, and I had a bit of a wait, but it was super busy. While waiting, I noticed the manager back in the kitchen area WORKING HIS BEHIND OFF!!! I mean back there turning out orders with super speed and efficiency. EVERY employee at a station doing a job, WORKING! not ONE employee on their phone, standing around gossiping, or slacking off, just DOING THEIR JOBS ! It was a Wednesday night and very busy in the lobby and drive through, and they were working it out so well....but that's not even all, for the amount of business going on, I was also very surprised by how CLEAN the entire restaurant was!!! I hated to disrupt his assembly line, but I had to find out his name. Cesar!!!!! Amazing job, great management, and you and your whole staff that evening were working exceptionally well together and I have not seen anyone run a shift that well literally in years.
