Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sahuarita

PLEASE READ: So chipotle is Chipotle. I love their food especially for their portions, it feeds me for a couple days. With that being said our society is doomed from our younger generations. I order my normal burrito and asked for 2 of their vinegarette dressings. The young girl stated she would have to charge me extra for the dressing. This confused me cause I have been ordering that for 15 years with no up charge. I am not sweating a couple extra bucks and every restaurant is squeezing pennies, but the reason she gave me was comical. She said she had to charge me because I didn't get the bowl or salad. I asked her what the price difference is between the bowl and burrito. She looked very confused and stated there is no price difference, the only difference is what protein you pick. I asked again why the up charge if there is no price difference. She looked me dead in the face and said because the dressings aren't for burritos. I knew right then I wasn't winning this...

ordered online and requested to pick it up in the lobby as I was walking from my place of employment. When I get to the store, I was told I need to pick up all online orders in the drive thru and next time, wait the alloted time for the order, if it says 15 min, wait 15 min before coming. It was 10 minutes after ordering so I waited...another 10 minutes with other people getting their food. I was standing near the register and was asked to move further away. after 10 minutes, I walked back up and asked if my food was finished they had it sitting behind the counter. When it was handed to me I was asked again to go to the drive thru instead of the lobby next time.

My mom and I come here quite a bit because it's 2 minutes from where we live and we usually love chipotle on nights we don't want to cook, but I have never had one good bowl. The one good thing about this place is being able to order ahead on the app, and go through the drive thru for it. As far as the actual food goes, tonight, my mom's bowl was only half way filled up. I got 1/2 steak, 1/2 barbacoa and I had FIVE pieces (I counted) of cubed steak and one big piece of barbacoa fat. I also ordered fajita veggies: I had 4 raw pieces of red onion and 3 pieces of raw green peppers, not even cooked. The bad experiences are consistent every time we go. Last week my mom asked for avocado, and they were out so the girl decided to scrape WHAT WAS LEFT on the spoon onto her bowl... Like why??????? lol. I'm probably just going to make that drive to Tucson,...
