I think my letter of feedback to this restaurant says it all: "Before moving to Green Valley, I was a frequent customer. My first experience at this store wasn't bad. Wasn't great, but wasn't bad. My second and third experiences however, were some of the worst I had ever experienced. The second time I ordered, it took over 2 hours to get here. The sad thing is that according to the "pizza tracker" the food was ready in 30 minutes, but it took the driver over an hour and a half to get here. I live less than 5 minutes away. The food was cold. The manager pleaded for me to give the store another chance, which I did. Last night. I totally regret it. For my third experience, I ordered food for my entire family a little after 6pm. I was patient and refrained from calling the store until I felt I gave them enough of a chance. The pizza tracker said the driver left the store at 7:10pm. It also said it was delivered at 7:30. It was not. The food did not arrive until just before 8pm. And coincidentally enough while I was on hold with the store telling them that the pizza tracker had lied and said my food was delivered 20 minutes ago. My little kids go to sleep shortly after that time. And once again... I live 5 minutes away. In both cases, no apology from the delivery driver. I didn't even bother calling last night as I was very upset and might regret what I say to the staff on the phone (if I wasn't placed on hold for 5 minutes again). I will never eat at or recommend the Green Valley Dominos to anyone. In fact, I will make sure that anyone I know doesn't either. For me to have back to back incredibly negative experiences in less than a month does not build confidence that my experience (or anyone else's) will be that different. Go ahead and keep the "free sandwich and garlic bites" I was offered for my troubles after the first time you messed up. It would probably just show up...
Read moreI am very concerned about the level of training that reps at this Dominos store are required to go though. I ordered a pizza at 5pm after over an hour I was concerned and called I was told that they were busy and it would be there in no more than 10 minutes. At 6:49pm I took a call from a number listed as Private the man asked if I ordered a pizza I said I did he informed me that the driver went to the wrong house and my pizza would be remade and free. After another 45 min I called back I was told to hold waited 5 min and then spoke to a gentleman who kept calling me bro I made it clear that I thought that was disrespectful he told me he calls everyone that becuse he is a Marine. He proceeded to be condescending and sarcastic. I told him I dident appriciate it. He said becuse I cursed at him he would cancel my order. I was very upset and I did curse but I feel anyone would be upset in the same situation. I have reached out to Dominos Corporate office and listed my complaints on social media. I hope that the representative involved can get the additional training needed to treat customers with more respect. I will not be doing business with this location in the future. On a side note I did finally get the pizza 4 hours and 30 minutes after the...
Read moreOrdered for carry out waited 45 minutes, supposedly delivery orders came in same time priority were never told would have gone elsewhere. When we finally received orders, desserts weren't there, no apology, just I didn't hear. Well, how long was told would be a while. Wow, we gave orders twice to her. She was also preparing pizza, which is fine. However, your food handlers gloves our not extension of your skin, picked up something fell on floor with her gloves on and went right back to preparing pizza with same gloves on. Thus, it shows me a lack of training by the manager on food preparation and customer service. You make a mistake on order, showing some empathy would go a long way. There are three other pizza places in town that support veterans and seniors as well. Every bit helps when retired, I would recommend marbling brownie. The item never received as good as it is not worth another 45 minutes as we can't put in front of...
