1 cashier, lady in front of me had 2 carts full of items and there were 8 people behind me. When i asked for an additional cashier I was told she went on break and why was I complaining as there was only the lady in front of me and I was next. I waited in line for 7 minutes and the lady in front of me was there for at least 10 minutes or more based upon what had already been checked and bagged. Cashier said that I should contact corporate if I did not think a cashier should get a break. Cashier did not see the big picture, customers first, a break is not mandatory. This place is clean and well stocked. Cashier's are usually nice. One in particular, starts long conversations while slowly scanning items, while there are 8 people in line. He was nice to all but didn't bother to greet me or atleast say "you're welcome" when I thanked him. He looked at the money I handed him as if he did not want to touch it. Lady in front of me gave him a bunch of ones he didn't react the same way. It left me feeling uncomfortable, I hope he doesn't treat anyone else this way. First trip in , and we were concerned that not one employee was wearing a mask . It was also not posted that it was required for entering. When one person asked about it, he was told that it was not required. Since we are a majority elderly population, I thought it disrespectful. I told the checkout clerk that we would not be returning because of this policy. The manager overheard me and said, “Masks are not required!” I told her as a courtesy to her most vulnerable customers, I thought it should be. She then responded that she had a health condition. I don’t think that surely applied to everyone working there. We will not shop there again....
