I ordered on line thought it would be quicker. It wasn't! I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order. Then, when I got home I was missing food, sauces and the corn was cold!!!!! I tried to call 3 times... got no answer!!!! No surprise there! Then, when I drove back up to the store I asked for the manager. I was told she left! I asked for the shift manager. I was told by a young lady that the soft supervisor was busy with a Taco Bell order and couldn't come talk to me. She said she was a manager trainee and wanted to know if she could help!!! I asked her to come to the other side of the counter so I could speak to her privately about the situation. She came out and I explained to her what happened. Then, she immediately went back in the door and told the"shift manager" what had happened. Then, she told one of the other employees to get me the 4 chicken tenders, more corn and the sauce that I was missing. But, NEVER SAID SHE WAS SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE!!!!! Never came back out to talk to me. Some other kids came over to where I was standing and said to me "hun, what is the problem?" I just have him a look of disgust and he took off. I ask when the manager would be back in. I was told tomorrow. I asked what time they would be there? They told me she would be in at 10:30. I asked what until what time. One employee said they didn't know and shrugged his shoulders. One employee said it was against company policy to give it that information. Read moreWas craving some extra crispy chicken tonight, and decided to call ahead here to place an order while I ran into Hannafords. Lady was nice, and told me upon arriving just to go through the drive through and tell them my name. Well I drive up to the now busy restaurant, and find myself sitting behind a line of cars placing their order. Waiting and waiting all I can think is my chicken won’t be the way I want it by the time I get to it. Why can’t the place be open inside to the people who order over the phone? Or why can’t they have staff members equipped with masks to run the orders out? Plenty of other places have made ways to adapt to the situation, and keep customers happy which in-turn keeps sales. The building needs to be remodeled as well, another reason why one wouldn’t Want to come here! Sagging trim, fading colors and signs, two food chains competing under the same roof (in one small as kitchen). The design doesn’t go well with the times anymore, and everything is constantly changing and this place needs a major make over. The parking lot is plenty big enough to have the building extended to give Taco Bell it’s own area to work with. Splitting the orders to be made where they are ordered from would make a proficient service and tastier food. Hope to see some changes made to make Saint albans the place it wants to be. They forgot so put some items in my order and I went back to see the lady at the window, I kindly explained they forgot the bread and sauce, somehow the girl in the background come out to the window and said no we didn’t and it was in the bag, I told her no and that I could bring the boxes for her to see, once I said that she almost came jumping at me like someone that what not in her right mind. The other lady that was at the window closed the window immediately. After a few minutes, the First Lady opened the door and wanted to give the breads. I refused the breads and asked to speak to a manager she told me that she was the manager along with the lady that almost jumped me. it’s not normal to allow someone that aggressive work with the public.
