Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Saint Albans Town

I am a pizza lover to the core . I have lived in Saint Albans Vermont for 16 years an in that time I grew to love pizza hut pizza. However I NOW AVOID PIZZA HUT LIKE THE PLAUGE . They are rude everytime I call. They never want to deliver. Literally my pizza didn't show up after I ordered it on a separate occasion. Today 11/30/2022 tried to order pizza after not getting pizza hut for months. An of course they were rude. They also said my card was declined on purpose even tho there was plenty of money on the card. I personally went to the bank an asked if there was an issue with the card not working at pizza hut. I was told they never tried, by my bank. They must of recognized me from my previous complaint like 6 months ago. They were being petty .Well guess what I used to spend 50 bucks there two three times a week all year long every year. That's a hefty loss, add that up over a year. I refuse to be treated badly for no good reason I was polite and simply wanted pizza. Everytime I hear anyone talk about pizza hut now I have to tell them my story. Do not under any circumstances go to the Saint Albans pizza hut. It's attrocious. The customer service an care for the happiness of the customer isn't even a after thought. A top manager fr pizza hut should clean that whole store out an start with some fresh employees. Also stop letting the phone ring fr ever so long that someone from the middle east picks up an says their a partner to pizza hut an will take my order. Then it never shows up. A couple years ago you used to be able to call that store an get great food fast with a big smile an happy customer service people. I would do just about anything for the place to go under new management so I could get good service an some pizza without a headache and a nervous breakdown. They make the process of ordering pizza so miserable you'll be regretting you ever called by the time you hang up....

Fully disclosure, this is being written while I am still scathing made at the shear incompetence of this store. The delivery driver and person I spoke to at the check out desk were very nice but it is the quality of my food I am here to talk about. I had ordered a simple Large Pepperoni Lover's pizza and when it was delivered it was barely a pepperoni pizza with mounds of cheese on it. I then drove to the store after 15 minutes of getting no response over the phone and another 10 of driving to their location. I opted to have a new pizza made as I still needed to eat tonight and didn't find it worth it to drive all the way down to get a refund. After sitting and waiting for another 15 minutes, I received a second pizza that was nearly identical to the first pizza. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. This is not the first time my pizza has been ruined but it will be the last as we have opted to never return to this location and will be mentioning our experiences to all friends and family. My one question is, why is it so hard to make a pizza as someone has ordered it? Even coming in and explaining exactly what was looked for and still can not be done correctly. Luckily Domino's is right down the road and we will be taking our business there from now on. You have officially lost regular customers from your store and I hope your chefs learn how to read a simple...

Pizza Hut isn't what it used to be that is for sure. Neither is this restaurant. I have fond memories of having lunch here with my mother and children. My husband and I went there tonight. The food is pretty much tasteless with the exception of the medium hot wings and that was the sauce. What happened to the pizza sauce???? The entire restaurant is absolutely filthy. The salt and pepper shakers were crusted with disgustingness. The bathroom was no different and there was a pile of clothes on the floor in front of the sink. Three tables full of dirty dishes the entire time we were there and no one even thought of cleaning them off. Our waitress was more interested in chatting with the the employees in the back room, had to ask for silverware, no plates were brought to us, I finally got two plates from the sad sad looking salad bar. Stood at the counter waiting to pay and leave while everyone was out back doing who knows what. I am assuming they make the majority of their $ on take out because if these customers went in to eat they'd probably never come back. I don't think the place has been cleaned since the pandemic ended. Last time we will go there that...
