Oriental Kitchen — Restaurant in Saint Albans Town

I would give my experience 0 stars if I could. Called to place an order for delivery and the woman repeated it back and had a few things wrong. She became upset when I corrected her and raised her voice when she repeated the order back again. Then she gave me my total which seemed to be way too much for what I had ordered. I politely asked her how much everything was. She became more angry with me and raised her voice again as she went through each item and gave me the price. She then told me, "You can do the math later when you get your receipt! Do you want your food or not?" Normally I would not give someone this rude and condescending my business, but unfortunately it is one of the few places that deliver to my work and I had other coworkers food as a part of my order. I gave them a second chance and it failed. Probably wont return.

First time i had a bug in my sweet and sour sauce, and they forgot my drink when delivering.

Couple weeks later figured why not give it another shot, things happen. I asked for sub tofu in a chicken dish, I dont eat meat. Ended up getting chicken AND tofu, they also forgot my drink again.

I work a little late sometimes and sometimes I orser food and it just has to be left on the porch because I'm not home yet. Whoever delievered it complained they werent comfortable leaving it on the porch In a voice mail left for me. I feel as if the order is paid for and i asked for that, then it shouldn't be a big deal, but it seemed to me as it was a huge issue for them.

The best part of my dinner experience there was the young lady behind the counter. I gave her 5 stars.

The food itself was some of the worst Chinese food that I ever had. The rice was not fried at all, it was yellow colored rice. The happy family meal had zero flavor except for the shrimp and scallops smelling weird. Such a huge portion, too bad I threw it all out. Did not complain when I was there but it was a waste of 40.00 for my meal and the beef and broccoli combo.
