This is not our normal JJs location we were just closest to this one and decided to stop. We ordered one of our regulars and tried the new smokin kickin chicken. We pulled through and realized one of our sandwiches was wrong so we pulled back through and the guy on the other side of window made us open the sandwich and dig through it to prove it wasn't the right sandwich and even after showing him he didn't want to admit it was wrong. They took the sandwich and just tossed it right in the trash and made a new one. He apologized for the mistake and we drove away. The other sandwich was so messy/too much sauce and one tiny spoonful of meat? That being our first time trying it I'm not sure if thats how it was supposed to be but weren't fans and I can't imagine that was the "standard". We are JJs regulars/old employees but would definitley avoid this location in the future. Two stars because it was still fast and they fixed the sandwich and the girl employee that ran our card/checked our rewards was...
Read moreI ordered online. Part of my order was not in stock at this store but I was never informed. When my order was delivered and my items were missing, I called the store to report the problem. They only offered to cancel my order and place the order again without the missing items. However, I used Apple Pay and since I couldn’t pay over the phone the employee told me that I was out of luck. This store stole my money and wasted 15 minutes of my afternoon on the phone jerking me around. The professional thing for the store to do would have been to call me when my order was placed and inform me that what I ordered was not available. If they had done this, I could have cancelled the order and placed it again myself online and still received my delivery within the timeframe I needed it. Instead I was charged for items not received and told that it was not...
Read moreUsually don't have any issues, but today was another story. I order a sandwich with no condiments other than spicy mustard, oil, and vinegar like usual. Grab my sandwich in the drive thru then run back to work to eat real quick. Sandwich is covered in lettuce and onions, which I specified I didn't want, but I figure I'll deal with it because people make mistakes. So I start picking it off real quick so I can scarf it down and get back to work, and I drop my sandwich all over the floorboard of my truck in the process. Not their fault necessarily that I dropped the sandwich, but if I hadn't been trying to pick of what I asked to not get I would have been eating it instead of playing with my food, and my dirty floorboard now has condiments...
