Honestly after 5 years of this being my go to head shop for everything vape and smoke shop related, I must say after my most recent experience I will never be back, and I will make sure that this place gets shut down! For starters, they donât ID so YES they sell to minors, on many occasions Iâve seen actual children no older than 15 buying nicotine and âstonerâ products. Secondly the biggest red flag this place waves proudly is their cash only service⊠no credit no debit, no gift cards, straight cash, and what makes this worse is they ânever have changeâ so you always get shorted change. There is an actual sign inside at the checkout stand that basically reads âgive us ones cause we donât have adequate change in our drawersâ what the hell type of âbusinessâ establishment doesnât even have enough change in the drawer to run efficiently when they literally ONLY ACCEPT CASH. So far weâve learned they sell to minors, they only accept cash but ask for ones from the prospective customers. With these 2 points alone thereâs plenty of evidence that proves this headship to be shady and not worth a dollar of your money. But this next thing I will say is what has officially led me to put my foot down, and finally admit not only to myself but to any poor soul that falls victim to this scam of smoke shop, that this place does not care about its customers or respectable business practices it only cares about money and hiring insubordinate, rude, and negligent employees who come to work get high and sell to minors and not even with a smile. Last night I purchased a gas mask, for $35 you expect this price to be functional in the least, so the need to âcheckâ the functionality of this price before I left the doors felt almost unreasonable of a thought. Well comes to find out this head shop is epitome of unreasonable. I get home excited to try out my new gas mask and guess what? The bong piece doesnât fit into the gas mask. I fiddle and try to shove the corresponding pieces hoping to force them to fit together the way they are meant to. And after 30 minutes of fighting I throw my hands up and scream in furry because as you could guess the piece literally just doesnât not fit to the actual mask. So I call up immediately and ask if thereâs anything we can do to rectify the situation and I can get my $35 worth. The guy on the phone who has helped me often, is actually quite pleasant and is always very insightful and helpful when we interact, but anyways he tells me to come in between 9am-5pm and a manager would be here and could help me rectify the situation at hand. Around noon the next day I come in with the gas mask hoping to get a working one (mind you this whole time I donât even care about a refund I just want my moneys worth) when I walk in me and my partner are met with a nicer male worker and then the sour faced âmanagerâ I explain the situation to her and the whole time sheâs rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing, and looking very disinterested in what I was saying. I donât even think I came of angry I was just asking if we could exchange/replace the part that did not fit, but she told me initially thereâs was nothing she could do and sheâs never heard someone have an issue with them. I ask her to try and fit together cause her tone gave off the impression that she thought I was trying to be difficult or even lying about the functionality of the gas mask. She tries, it doesnât fit, she shrugs. So I start talking more saying I donât want to cause any issues, and while still talking trying to express compromises with the manager she ignores me and types and talks on her phone. Then while me and my partner talk to the guy co worker she just leaves and goes towards the gas masks. We chat with the guy worker for like 5 minutes (mind you this guy was great, he was understanding, and the entire duration of us being in the shop he was trying to see if he could get it to fit together) she comes back and says âmy higher up tells me that all we can do for you right now is exchange it for another one, none of them really fit...

Went into the store today to purchase a scale the lady seemed nice and i asked her what does she suggest she pointed one out i chose the weigh max in the color green, went to the counter to check out saw her calibrate it and it worked fine i took it out to the car not even 5 mins i came back in because it didnt work. This lady immediately accused me of using it and putting âwaxâ on it even tho it was my finger print smear and flat out would not believe me when i told her i havent ever used wax or even have it even offered the lady to check my car. And so then i explain to her HOW would i come return a broken scale and try to swap it out for a new one IF SHE TOLD ME WHICH ONE TO BUY and i got no answer.    Read moreDidn't follow cannabis protocols, staff wasn't very knowledgeable about canna-products nor were they very friendly towards a fellow industry worker. They also do not offer any kind of first time customer deals nor any industry discounts. Prices were so-so at best. I'm amazed they haven't been shut down because of the constant neglect of cannabis regulation laws. Nothing was done legally or correctly to say the least and I'd be extremely worried about being shut down due to incompetent staff who literally have no idea that THC-A converts to THC during combustion. Much education and training are needed for this place to survive and thrive. A course on terpenes and their effects should also be added to the educational curriculum for employees..
