I’m so grateful that there’s now a decent coffee place close to me! My current go-to is an iced sugar-free blondie with toasted marshmallow and an extra shot. It’s equivalent to the Starbucks’ Oat milk Hand-Shaken Expresso that I love!! My favorite part about 7brew is how nice the employees are and how fun it is to talk with them. We live in such an isolated world these days and I really appreciate their efforts in putting on positive appearances. Even though they’re getting paid it’s still something I value beyond the fact that I’m there for coffee. It’s because of this that I wanted to share my recent experience with a particular employee who made me feel uncomfortable. Today on 08/21, I was there around 9AM when a girl with vibrant blue ruffle shorts was being passive aggressive to me while taking my order. I gave her my phone number and when asked what I wanted to order I requested a medium of the drink that I had gotten last time (the one i mentioned earlier). I often get chillers here and wasn’t sure if i ordered my previous drink in that form and since I didn’t want one today and just wanted it iced, I said something like “i don’t know if I got a chiller last time, but i don’t want that”. Maybe this is where she got irritated? Her tone and facial expressions made my experience unpleasant and uncomfortable because I could clearly feel her annoyance towards me and felt disrespected when she made me repeat parts of the information of my order that I already gave her. I can understand wanting to clarify about the chiller, but going “Okay, so like a blondie?” and pursing her lips into a “🫩” kind of face when I responded to her question of “What size?” because we both knew she heard me the first time. I know it might seem like I’m overreacting since a common aspect of customer service is to repeat information back to the customer to confirm that everything is correct. I wish you could have been there. I felt like she was trying to point out that I wronged her in some way by being disrespectful when I was ordering, I don’t believe I acted in a way that would have warranted such a negative reaction first thing in the morning. She was clearly angry at something. Even if she’s got personal stuff going on, part of her job is to be nice. If a person can’t be nice then send them on break or swap them in a different position for awhile. I wish I knew why she was so hostile towards me because it definitely made me feel bad and lowkey hurt my feelings.

7 brew is the best iced or hot coffee in the area. You can create your own drinks, add or take away flavors, everything is customizable. And they don't just have coffee, they have their own energy blend, shakes and smoothies, fizzes, lemonades, iced tea, matcha and hot chocolate. All drinks here are customizable with dozens of flavors and combinations to try. The Brewistas (what they are called here) are well trained, friendly and always available to answer questions. They don't have an app currently, but they do have a rewards program that you can access through a link from their website and the brewistas will ask you for your phone number each time you come because that's how its tracked. A free drink after 1000 points which is 10 drinks no matter the size. It's quite easy to earn. So if it's your first time, it can feel a little overwhelming. I recommend one of three things. Research drink combinations before you go (check out the 7 brew socials for "recipe" ideas.) or when you're there, simply ask a brewista for a suggestion. You can either tell them what you normally like or give them a drink idea and ask them how they might change it or add to it. So their standard size is medium. That's where the flavors shine the most. When ordering large ask for extra sweet. It gives you more flavor in the larger size. In the smaller size if you love the flavor of coffee I would ask for an extra shot of espresso ... this will cut back on the sweet flavor that outshines the coffee in the small. If you've never had 7 Brew I strongly suggest it! We're been WAY too many times this week since they opened. Before that we were driving to Cottleville near daily to get our "fix". We've never had a single bad experience, the brewistas are friendly, the coffee perfect everytime and we keep trying new things but we have our favorites. Our favorite drink choices: Large Iced Breve with brown sugar cinnamon, hazelnut, honey and topped with cold foam and cinnamon sprinkles, extra sweet Large Smooth 7 add toasted marshmallow and cupcake with cold foam, extra sweet Large Cinnamon Roll add hazelnut, cold foam and cinnamon sprinkles, extra sweet

I’m a former Starbucks customer because I’m over their nonsense, but I still love a good Matcha Tea Frappuccino. So, I decided to give 7 Brew a try for the first time since I’ve never had their drinks before. I ordered a large Matcha Frappe—what they call “blended” or “ice blended”—with whole milk, vanilla, and whipped cream. Unfortunately, the drink tasted like sour cake batter, to put it mildly. I was really disappointed, especially since it didn’t even come close to what I’m used to. Sure, it looked kind of green, but there was barely any Matcha flavor at all. Not sure what went wrong, but it definitely missed the mark for me. That being said, I give five stars to the staff—they were super nice, friendly, and welcoming. Great service, just not the drink for me.

Very stressful experience coming into this parking lot. At first, I thought there were random people standing in the drive lanes, only to realize they were employees. I counted 12 people I had to carefully avoid with my vehicle.

After placing my order and paying, I learned about the BOGO offer and rubber duck giveaway, but only after the transaction was complete. Instead of honoring the promotion, they made me place a second order just to take part in the offer, which the team outside seemed to be actively promoting. No one mentioned it while I was ordering.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the lemonade I received wasn’t good either. I’ve had water with a slice of lemon in it that tasted more like lemonade than what I received here.

I’ve now tried both the coffee and lemonade at 7Brew, and unfortunately, neither was worth the time or money. I recommend going elsewhere. Plenty of choices are just down the road and offer a much...
