I live by country club place and have seen this locations decline over the past three years. The incident that did it for me: I have a dog and we always walk a route past this location. I ordered a pizza and was trying to figure out how to manage my overly excited dog in a healthy way, I DIDN'T have to drive to pick up the pizza, but walking with a reactive dog and picking up the pizza seemed like a healthy route. I have an ESA for myself.
I walk up to the location(not far from country club place) and the delivery driver was walking into the location, I asked the delivery driver if I could come in with my dog to grab the pizza. He brushed me off, I open the door and I tell them I have a pizza that's ready(it takes literally 4 steps to get to the counter.) The short fat white lady, almost looked like a guys was READY to argue me down. I was shocked at the LACK of customer service here, OK I can't bring my dog in, can you guys walk 3 step toward me and hand me my pizza? I had to argue with the lady to even get in and I didn't feel like dealing with all the layers thrown at me, so I said "I'm not going to argue about this" and left.
They looked like they wouldn't be past spitting on my food so I decided I will NEVER go to this location again.
This one was my go to spot because of the convenience, now I just hit up dominoes a cross the street, not that it matters.
Current management and employees are not customer service oriented, and the pizza tends to come extra oily in the middle.
Just go to a different location, stay clear...
Read moreDue to some of the bad reviews I was scared to order from this location 2.5 years ago when I first started coming here. Before that I hadn’t eaten Pizza Hut in over 5 years (the one I used to eat at in North Carolina always made me sick 😩). When I moved to Missouri I decided to give this location a try. It has been the best decision! This place has wonderful service every time I order. And yes they have messed up my order twice, but they have gone above and beyond to fix it each time. And every time, they do it with kindness, no rude remarks or customer shaming! I appreciate that! Good customer service is hard to find! And twice isn’t bad compared to how many times other places mess up my order. 😩😂 And in there defense I usually have a super special particular order due to food allergies my family has. 😫 And the icing on the cake is the delivery guy! His name is Gary and he is AWESOME!!!! I wish he worked at all of my favorite restaurants! 😂 He always makes sure that everything in my order is right and if it’s not right, he goes above and beyond to make it right! He also makes sure to bring everything you ask for rather it’s plates, condiments, extra sauce, you name it! And he even makes sure that the sodas he delivers are COLD! I love that! Read moreThis joint has one of the worst service I've ever had. My son called to place an order the the manager hung up on him twice for no damn reason. I then called to place the order and was told it would be 45 min for delivery. When the order was 15 min late I called to check on it. The store manager tells me the delivery time was 85 min. I explained that I was told 45 min and would have never placed the order otherwise. She then basically tells me that I'm lying and then brings up my son calling earlier before me.I brought up that someone hung up on him 2 and she tells me no he hung up. I was standing right in front of him when he made the call and know for a fact he never hung up why would he when he's the one that's hungry. As a former pizza hut manager, I was amazed how she really didn't care about proper service and sustain a good customer base. I told because of her attitude and the rudeness of hanging up on my son I didn't want their product anymore. As long as they provide service like that I'll never order from that store again.
